I bought Blue Serenity GHD's for my daughter's Christmas. After ordering and paying, I was advised they were out of stock and would be getting a new supply within a week. These arrived and after attempting unsuccessfully to register them with GHD online, I spoke to GHD customer services and was advised that these were fakes. My emails to Seenontv24 requesting a refund have gone unanswered.

I brought a Limited Edition purple GHD gift set from www.seenontv24.com. The delivery was fast however, after checking the authenticity with GHD it turns out that the ITEM IS A FAKE. Please don't waste your time.

Please do not waste your time on this. Had to wait for two weeks for my supposedly 24 hour delivery. They said they shipped another item as the first one might have been lost, however even that one didn't arrive. Communication is very delayed. They did refund my money, but it was way too stressful. The phone number they show on a web is the wrong number. So avoid this site by all means.
