Terrible Customer Service
Bought a remote helicopter as a gift for a child. Upon opening and testing, the item did not work as expected (i.e. did not fly). I took the item back to the shop where they were able to fix it after 10 minuted. As it was now fixed they said that I could not return it. However, the T&C stated that I was well within right to return. It was explained to me as I had damaged the box (i.e. opened it) they could not resell it and I was not getting a refund.
The person at the store was rude and unapologetic after all, the item was faulty to begin with. Not impressed at all.
I took the issue with my credit card provider to get a refund and left the faulty item in the store.
Whiles't some of the products in the store might be good, i would buy from a reputable online reseller that accepts returns within reason.

Great website, good customer service, a real person answers the phone , cool products and they use a good courier. Better than some of the bigger gadget sites.

Good Company With Osme Great Products And Friendly Service
Red5 are not as big as some gadgets sites but the service is really good and you can tell they care about their customers. I have ordered several times and been to a couple of their shops which are really good fun. Had a small problem once which they sorted out with no fuss. Delivery is really quick as well.
