Nintendo Ds Lite Rip Off!

I purchased a Nintendo DS lite from PVM Games online on Nov. 20th 2011. They looked like they were based in Hong Kong and so I was little leary about ordering from them, but I couldn't find any bad reviews online, so I placed the order. The DS and the few games we ordered with it came in time for Christmas. It was a gift from Santa for our son. It worked for the first few weeks and then suddenly the screen became unresponsive. The stylus and the screen didn't look defective, but wouldn't work at ll. We tried finding online fixes or troubleshooting ideas, but nothing worked and what we found is,it is simply a defective product. I have emailed PVM's cust service several times with no response, which is rather frustrating being that they have a one year warranty on all products for a year from the purchase date. It is very difficult to explain to our son why Santa would bring him a DS that doesn't work! PVM Games are a crooked company that'll take your money and run with it!

Rip Off Alert

I agree with the other customer I would give it zero stars also. I ordered what I was told was 2 Brand New Nintendo DS Lites. Two months into having it; it stopped working correctly. I contacted the website multiple times with no response. We decided to take it and have it fixed. Turns out it was used and had water damage previously. (It had a tag inside the console with the info on it. It was supposed to come with a one year warranty. Obviously it did not. Please do not buy from this company. Like the other person said they should be arrested.

CROOKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I bought a dodgy Nintendo DS Console - wasn't charging properly so I returned it to Nintendo to be fixed. They confrmed the console is NOT GENUINE but is a COUNTERFEIT product and I am in the process of working with Trading Standards to get them shut down! Paypal hopefully giving me a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID this website!

I bought a DS game for my 9 yr old daughter for a Christmas present on 11/25/11 and as of today 2/12/12 have not received it. They conveniently processed the payment from my paypal account immediately! I tried to cancel the order the very next day before they shipped it and did not hear a word back! If they would have been honest from the very beginning and said they were located in HONG KONG I would have never purchased from them in the first place!!!!! I wish I would have read their reviews before wasting my time!!!! Please do not waste yours!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

This Company Is Bad News - They Are Dishonest

i ordered a gba emerald game. oct 25 2011. it took 4 weeks to get here.It was bad. I sent them an email and they said to send it back and they would repalce it. i returned it. its been 2 months and PVM still has not replaced it, they have not answered my emails or messages or given me money back.

I bought a Nintendo DS game for my daughter for Christmas. Although the price charged was very good and the game arrived in good time, the game would not load on her console. There is also a distinct likelihood that the game is counterfeit although I can't be sure.

I tried to find details of how to return goods from the website - there are none! Supposedly there is a live chat helpline - but it is always 'offline'.

So I sent an email (well 5 emails actually) and have still not had the courtesy of a reply.

As far as I am concerned, these people are nothing more than rip off artists and you deal with them at your peril!!!

I purchase a Nintendo DS "Indiana Jones 2" on 2nd Nov 2011.

I had to chase them 2 weeks later as no item had arrived.

No reply from them but eventually the game arrived which I gave to one of my Grandsons for Christmas.

The game could be played but not saved. Obviously a foreign copy that did not work properly.

I sent a complaint email on 27th December 2011.

I sent a second complaint email on 3rd January 2012

I sent a complaint though their contact us on our account on 6th January 2012

I sent another complaint through their contact us on 12th January 2012

I sent yet another complaint through their contact us on 17th January 2012

I have just sent another complaint today 23rd January 2012.

STILL NO REPLY.

Very poor company with no obvious sign of any staff monitoring replies or answering them.

Is this a company worthy of being notified to a famous BBC program to warn others?????

Never Buy From Pvm Games

I ordered a blue DS lite for my daughter in November. Allowing them a few days longer than the stated delivery time I tried to contact the company but they did not return any of my e-mails. I had paid via PayPal so I contacted PayPal who were more than helpful and managed to get PVM Games to reply to me. They told me that they had shipped the DS (although they couldn't give the original tracking number) but it had been returned to them just that day. Likely story! I think that they didn't ship it until PayPal became involved. Once PayPal had demanded proof of delivery I was given a tracking number and told that it would be express delivered 5 days later. Needless to say that did not happen and it actually arrived almost 2 weeks after they express shipped the order. When it arrived they had sent the wrong item. I again tried to contact them to tell them I wanted a refund and would ship the item back to them but once again they didn't reply so I went back to PayPal. PayPal have been more than helpful and have guaranteed my refund once the item goes back to China. I have lost count of the number of times I have tried to contact this company so please please please do not fall prey to their website. NEVER BUY FROM PVM GAMES UK!

Grey market items (no US warranty) they dont return emails and they dont ship until you tell them its been way to long i want a refund, then they ship it a couple of days after you cancel your order. all the good reviews must be from them. prices look nice but i would say stay away!

Counterfeit!!!

I ordered 2 DS Lites for my sons for Christmas. They got here by Christmas, although they were a few wks late. When I opened the box, one DS was wrapped in bubble wrap & the other wasn't. My first thought was that we found out these came from HONG KONG & they didn't wrap them properly but whatever, hopefully it would be ok. Christmas came & my boys were so excited but as soon as my son opened his, the bottom screen turned pink & got lines on it. I called Nintendo & come to find out, both of the DSs are COUNTERFEIT!!!! I can't believe it. There's no way to get my son's fixed bc the warranty is no good. However, we did speak with PVM & they are going to give us a refund. They tried to send us a new DS but I said no way!!! Lets just see how long it takes for this refund... I mean, I do have to send them back to Hong Kong >:(

I would like to know how you got in touch with them, I have sent messages 3 times, no answer, and email I have is no good. I ordered my granddaughter one for Christmas and it broke 3 days later.
