Don't Get Fooled, 5 Stars Review Probably Comes From Staff!!
First we should have the option to have a no star rating as they don't deserve even one!!
They are helpful when they think you're about to order from them. Confirm a delivered date then when the item is not delivered they don't get back to you or get mixed up with the date your item was supposed to be shipped then ignore you again when you pointed out the obvious attaching all the emails exchange. This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you'll be disappointed and will wait for your item forever if it was sent in the first place!!

Great products on a site that is easy to use. I really love scrolling through the pages on Prezzybox and reading the fun and informative descriptions. They also have user testimonials on the site too which is good.
Overall Prezzy Box is a really nice site with a really nice range of products. Their delivery is also pretty good as the gift I ordered arrived the day after.
