Ordered Garmin GB Discoverer (Full Map) RRP £199.99 for £119.99 INCLUDING standard (Tracked) postage. Ordered it on Friday and it arrived (with the regular post, which is what I wanted) on Thursday (6 days later). I could track it on the royal mail web site, so I could see it was on its way and deduce when it might arrive, which did so safely. Brand new unopen product (as expected) which worked fine. I thought the price was really good, having paid about £150 originaly (from another firm some years back, and it suddenly stopped working now, hence the replacment), however I found that I could also have got it from Ellis Brigham in Covent Garden for the same price (as I happened to stroll through the next day) and picked it up there and then, (fine if you know and want to make the trip, and it was the last in the shop). I was able to phone Burrows GPS and speak to a real human before my purchase, which helped.

Still waiting for product neary a month after ordering. Lame excuses , faulty items, hours waiting in for non existent delivery . Steer well clear.

I bought a tomtom start 20 for my brother as a present for passing his driving test.

The price was great which attracted me to the site in the first place.

I made my order at 3pm in the afternoon and i was pleasantly suprised when it arrived at my home with fedex the day after. The tomtom is great and does exactly what my brother needs it to do. I highly recommend!!

I bought a ladies Garmin watch FR60...when the watch arrived i noticed it had no monitor strap incuded? when i went back to check the website i realised that i had infact purchased a watch only...eventually after two days of trying to get through by mail and phone i spoke to a lady and explained what i had done but also that the watch did'nt seem to work properly and wasnt picking up my heart rate. she advised me that i could either return the whole thing back(and me cover postage) or that for 10 pound i could purchase the strap.I assumed that once i had set the watch up correctly with the strap all would be fine, However although the strap came within a couple of days i still can't get the watch to work correctly!!

I have now been trying to contact them on both numbers and by email for a week ....sometimes holding the line for 10 minutes or longer and i have had no luck getting through or returned mail.

they sold me a brand new non-UK VIA 125 with a Polish computer voice. When I contacted them they didn't respond. I wouldn't buy anything from them again or even online after this experience

Having purchased a motorcycle bluetooth headset from them it broke after using it only four times and 12 weeks of ownership. All to eager to fob you off the manufacturer to get a repair which in my case is USA based. Argued that under consumer protection act and due to value of item they should offer a replacement or refund as USA repair would not fall under reasnable time clause for a repair. Manufacturer refered me back to seller. The best CS at Pentagon GPS would offer is for me to send to them and they would send it to the states but will take even longer. In the end I just purchased another product from someone else. Read you T&C's and be very careful.

Very professional ---- would definitely use the services again. Many items to choose from and all well priced with good descriptions to match.

I wanted to make sure the item was the correct fitting for my gps unit, and was able to contact customer service by phone prior to purchase, which was very reassuring.

Ebay purchase went without a hitch as usual, and the item arrived through my letterbox the next day, pretty good service in getting the order away promptly as it had to travel from England to N Ireland.

Item fitted my bike perfectly.
