I have ordered from Optics By Mail on two occasions now. Each time I have received courteous and helpful information over the phone. Delivery on the first order was very timely just 2 days (just made my second order so can't comment on this one yet). I have knocked a point off the just for the quality of their website. Although it's very functional it is just a bit basic. Price wise, they seem to be as competitive as any where else, so I like to order from people which have given me good service in the past which to me is the best way to keep customers!
