Paid For An Item And Didn't Receive.
Paid for an item and the order was denied without refunding the money. They have taken my money and not given me what I have paid for. I have tried to contact their support team multiple times but no response.Their support system is broken. I try to change my password and it keeps taking me back to the login page. Horrendous. Avoid. - I would never write anything bad about anything EVER! I really wanted the subscription service and I still do want it... but I cannot get past the payment stage!
Drawn Out Process That I Regret
I bought BF: Hardline and on their site it says that it take 6 minutes (not sure why they're so specific) for you to get your download code. Then after confirming the purchase you get an email saying that it'll take 5-60 min to verify transaction unless you verify manually. I was impatient so i jumped through the hoops the manually verify. It has been 4 hours since I did this and there has been no progress.

Double Order - No Refunds!
Paypal didn't seem to work. Than suddenly - game ordered 3 times, money drawn twice . No refund available as " the code has been shown", though no proof except a text message from customer service . Terrible service avoiding to answer the questions. Issues with their terms and conditions - they do not seem to know under which law they are governed.

Doesn't Work/terrible Support
I ordered Battlefield 4 from their website 3 times and each separate time it kept saying the order was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds. When checking the bank account, there was more than enough money for the purchase. Sent 4 emails to oneplay support for assistance and still after 1 week nothing has been returned. This "business" is such a joke, they their website doesn't function properly and all their staff are sleeping 24/7 (Assuming they even have enough money to hire employs. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

Avoid Oneplay Like The Plague
I ordered Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist from them, was somehow billed twice due to the unclear and misleading nature of their website and registration/ordering screens.
I was e-mailed two serial keys which did not work and it took a week of e-mails backwards and forwards with some "support assistant" (who is also the customer support manager!) to ascertain that the e-mails did not clearly tell you that the serial keys are divided up into two separate ones, one for the game and one for the expansion.
They absolutely refused to refund me for one of the games of 247.50 SEK as even a gesture of good will or offer me a credit or something for the appalling way they treated me, ignoring correspondence, denying they had received e-mailed screenshots from me of the problem.
I left a message like this on their Facebook page and it was deleted by them within an hour or posting it. Appears there is no-one other than this same person to address a complaint to, either. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager twice and just ran into the brick wall that is this same person.
I live in Sweden and would consider suing these amateurs if it was financially worthwhile. Although I have a working game now, it's just not worth it for 250 Kronors and it's probably the formula these people rely on.
Horrendous service, horrendous website, I would never buy anything from them again on principle, even if it is half the price of store retailers. In my case, I ended up paying 495 Kronors for the same game!
Pants website that lots of people seem to be complaining about.

Purchased Game Via Groupon Voucher
After signing up for an account and paying, I received a response (not even in English) saying:
It can take up to 12 hours before you receive your code as we unfortunately have to confirm your account before the code can be sent.
For a downloadable game, I should not have to wait 12 hours for "confirmation". If this is the case, I should have been informed of this in advance at least.

Nightmare To Cancel Subscription!

They say I didn't send the game back in time and this is false!
Company have taken £75 from me and won't pay it back.
