No response from sellers. (Multiple)

Charged £16 for an item but wrong one sent that was priced at £10!

Tried to change an order slightly with different seller. No reply.

I do not recommend this company.

Untrustworthy and inconsistent.

I placed an order on 6th January, today is the 6th Feb and I still have not received it. Do not recommend you buy from them!!!!

TERRIBLE AVOID. Ordered a Christmas present and was informed it would come in time for Christmas. Unfortunately no reply to my emails eventually the item turned up in January. Impossible to speak directly to the seller nightmare

Absolutely terrible service from this company. You never receive your item and customer service is shocking.I would definitely think twice before ordering from this company.

I find this company very rude and impossible to contact.I applied to them as a course provider and they couldn’t be bothered to answer any of my emails, they are some sort of exclusive don’t give a damn company who have no manners at all.

They finally answered me with an automated reply and I saw quite clearly they hadn’t bothered to check out my business at all..

I hate dealing with people like this, and now to be honest I’m glad I don’t.. NOTHS I think you are above your stations and you have lost a customer ..

Thanks for the tacky £5 golf glove and cheap 50p gift box. My 70 year old crown green bowling mum will really like it. Nearly as much as me who paid nearly £40 for the honour of sending it. Happy Christmas mum and sorry.

I purchased a believe bell Christmas ornament from one of their sellers - Sophia Victoria Joy in November. The bell is 50mm and the box they sent 26mm. Needless to say there was no bell in the package but my bank account is £18.99 lighter! Surely they couldn't have failed to notice that they had sent the package out without the bell in it when the box is too small for the item. To date I still have no refund and the seller seems to think it is cute to give you the run around. I have been in touch with Not on the High Street's customer services. Again to no avail and have been constantly fobbed off. I have had to resort to launching a dispute via my bank to get my money back.

So if you fancy donating some of your hard earned money to Sophia Victoria Joy and Not on the High Street just for fun then these two businesses are for you. If on the other hand that doesn't sound like a terribly good deal please spend your money elsewhere on companies who deserve it!

Paid £30 for this ; very disappointing, looks cheap and unable to send it back because I paid for it to be personalised. Would never buy from these people again

Wrote a complaint abiut laggy checkout on another review site.

This business tried playing the system and having my review removed instead of focussing on learning and improving.

So here I am posting elsewhere. Not a good way to do business.
