Wrong Dvd No Communication
sent an American DVD - on a UK website. I sent maybe 50+ emails and never got any response
Frozen Dvd Not In English
After a 3-4 week wait I finally received Frozen dvd. Sealed in plastic was to be a christmas gift but the delivery time and Thai postmarks made me suspicious... and thank goodness it did the dvd id not in English! It was specified as English but appears to be a non European language.
I have since complained 4 times to the company and written two reviews. I have not received any response whatsoever and my reviews have not been published.
