Stay away from Looking4DVDs.com (www.looking4DVDs.com)!!!

I've been scammed by this company. I've had trading standards in and Looking4DVDs.com advised my goods were coming from Jersey...yeah whatever!

Some info for you all as I have done some research and I'm taking to court.

Looking4DVDs.com (www.looking4dvds.com) is owned by Supercom Ltd, Supercom is the owner's other venture, they can be found at www.supercom.uk.com. I have contacted Zecundo and dvd.co.uk who he is registered with and they have advised me that they have had numerous complaints, and will be withdrawing his company from their listings.

Im also contacting the police, and have also contacted a "debt recovery" agency. You can imagine the characters these company use, I've met a few and they are nasty people, but very helpful when you pay them, and they are the type of people who get the job done.

I am totally disgusted with Looking4DVDs.com. I ordered from them on 1st April and the money was taken from my account on 4th April. I received a e-mail on 8th April stating that my order was on back order.

I have e-mailed them several times with NO reply, I have left messages on their telephone number with NO reply. It is now 6th of May and I still do not have my DVD. I have never dealt with a company with such bad customer service.

I have contacted my bank to see if I can get my money back and they said no because it is not fraud because I authorised the payment. However I pointed out the fact that when buying on the internet you have to authorise payments. My next step is to contact Trading standards.

I purchased three DVDs costing a total of £15.75 from Looking4DVDs.com, not a massive sum admittedly, but a nice little earner if the items are never delivered. The money was taken almost immediately but five weeks later there is no sign of any DVDs. They will not reply to eMails, nor will they return any messages left on that laughable answer phone service. This company is ripping people off. Keep clear

It's been almost 4 weeks and I still haven't received my order from Looking4DVDs.com (www.looking4DVDs.com). Shockingly I was able to talk to a Mark on their "Live Cam" a couple of weeks after I placed my order as I still hadn't received it. He assured me it would be despatched the following Saturday. He even sent an email that Saturday saying it would be despatched soon. Almost another 2 weeks have gone and I still haven't received my order. The "Live Cam" is always Closed, I've received no response to my email to their customer support address. And the email address Mark provided me with ([email protected]) bounced back saying no such address!

Looking4DVDs.com is an absolute disgrace, I have never dealt with any retailer as bad as this.

I ordered a DVD on the 17 January and I am still waiting for it on the 6th April. On the rare occasion my email queries are answered it is a standard reply stating that my DVD should be with me soon depending on postal deliveries.

Avoid Looking4DVDs.com (www.looking4DVDs.com) like the plague! I have ordered an item, which should have been dispatched the same or following day. Needless to say that this order is still being "processed" according to the website but they have had no problem debiting my account with the sum.

They are based at a residential address and you have no way of contacting them as the phone number given is never answered and e-mails are ignored.
