Well... I will comment again (increase or decrease rating) if I receive the item tomorrow on time as expected however, I have tried all possible contact channels (emails, telephone, "online help") and nothing seems to work. I was trying to cancel the order but no one replied to any of my emails/requests to be contacted.

No one never ever answers the phone.. have tried more than 50 times since yesterday.

So far... I'm not impressed.

ordered a rock crawler back in january, they took payment from my card, emailed to say that they had problems with getting stock from china, by march nothing had arrived so i eventually they responded to my email and told me that they now needed to increase the price. i cancelled my order as i think there are better companies to deal with. to sum up - a very long wait for my item to arrive, and i had to cancel the order because they wanted to increase the price - i lost out financially too as have been paying interest on the money the took from my credit card.

Website is attractive, very easy to navigate and has amazing and cool products and gadgets appealing to different ages and at affordable prices. Plenty of choice and variety. From ordering to delivery everything went smoothly. Customer service was friendly and efficient. I would definitely order from this site again and look forward to buying more great quality products.

Ordered BCFC Quilt cover, an xmas gift, on the 13/12/11 on the 21/12/11 I just happened to check paypal and discovered a refund sent on the 20/12/11 from Ladz. No email, no apology, no other information at all. Don't answer the phone or answer emails. The BCFC Cover is still advertised on the site as for sale? Terrible place, would not recommend at all.

I can highly recommend Ladz for the speed and efficiency of delivering my order. The ease of shopping was great, product info great, and I love the products that I received. Thank you

what i liked about this website is the videos that accompany the products.

This enables you to get a feel for the product before you buy.

My son loves his paperjam and im sure ill use ladz again for any gifts coming up to xmas
