I recently moved to the area & needed to find a new pharmacy close to my new home. I visited 2 other places (rude & unprofessional,) before I stopped by Kmart. the person I dealt with went out of her way to help me. She had my Rx transferred from my old pharmacy within 30 minutes. Not only that, she was working all by herself and was very busy with other customers. Yet, she had a smile on her face the whole time. She remembered her customers by name & was very personable. (I find that very rare to find in customer service these days.) What a nice experience. She is absolutely an asset to the company.

Placed an order over one week ago and the status is still UPS waiting for the item from Kmart. Not allowed to cancel the order. Not friendly customer representative, hard to contact them via phone.

HOW CAN YOU SELL SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE. MOST ONLINE SITES KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK AND SHOW THAT NUMBER ON THE WEB PAGE. THE FACT THAT YOU SELL SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE IN STOCK MAKES YOU LOOK AWFULLY STUPID AND CERTAINLY UNPROFESSIONAL. AS AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER I WOULD HOPE YOU WOULD OFFER ME SOMETHING IN EXCHANGE FOR THE
