I Have Been Waiting Over A Month For A Samsung Cam
I have been waiting over a month for a Samsung Camcorder, which has still not arrived. Considering that I also paid extra for the 1-3 day delivery, this is abysmal service. Joolop Games have responded to 2 of my 6 emails, claiming that it may be "lost in the post", but are currently avoiding the refund process, and now refusing to respond to me at all.
Sent Us The Wrong Items, We Ordered 2 X Wii Games
Sent us the wrong items, we ordered 2 x Wii games worth £29.99 each and they sent us wheels worth £6.99. They have been evasive and unhelpful

Ordered A Wii Fit, Wii Play And Mariocart From The
Ordered a wii fit, wii play and mariocart from the joolop website and paid extra for 1-3 day delivery. After 8 days there was still no delivery. Sent an email but got no response, phoned the joolop office (01325359876) and was told there had been a problem with dispatch. Both the people on the phone were very helpful and the parcel was sent out and recieved the next day.

Purchsed Online, Computerised Confirmation Receive
Purchsed online, computerised confirmation received and despatch in good time for Christmas. Item was then sent to the cardholder rather than delivery address (rather spoilt the surprise) and then when I opened it to wrap found it was the wrong item. Sent 3 e-mails since, no response whatsoever. Now have to argue for a credit card refund...Would I use again...NEVER

After The Non Arrival Of My Goods I Contacted The
After the non arrival of my goods I contacted the company and once 15 days had elapsed from date of dispatch and still no sign of goods, Joolop sent my order first class which arrived the day before Christmas Eve, phew! Thanks Joolop!

I Chose To Buy Wii Play With Remote Control As It
I chose to buy wii play with remote control as it was far cheaper here than anywhere else. I got an e mail informing me item had been dispatched the very next day (11th Dec). I started to worry when it hadn't arrived 2 days later and I read terrible reviews about happenings etc. I found a phone number (not on their website) and was told by a really pleasant person to give it a few more days and then phone back. Got the same response from an e mail I sent.
Eventually it was delivered on 18th Dec which was actually only a week after I ordered it. Well done Joolop, you're right don't believe the terrible reviews!!
I have tried to get on to www.joolopgames.com but it doesnt appear to be live anymore. Do you know if the URL above is correct.Thanks

I'm Shocked To Say That On 10th Dec I Ordered A Wi
I'm shocked to say that on 10th Dec I ordered a Wii Remote with Wii Play from Joolop, as they were the cheapest and it arrived today, 18th Dec!I had emailed them yesterday (still without a reply) as I was very worried by the reviews I found online, thought I had been scammed & ordered it elsewhere. I've now cancelled that order.So, I'm pleasantly surprised, although it's taken 8 days to arrive, instead of 3-6 as stated..
Ordered 3 Games 2nd Dec. One Arrived On 5th And Th
Ordered 3 games 2nd Dec. One arrived on 5th and the invoice had a note saying one more was to follow. I emailed to explain that the invoice said 1 was to follow but I was missing 2. Got a reply saying it was shipped this morning. I emailed to point out that I was missing 2 games and asking if both had been shipped. I received no reply.Nothing else had arrived by 9th so I emailed again explaining what was missing and got a reply saying they will be sent out tomorrow.I have no idea why they were not sent originally. Their website has shown them all to be in stock throughout.They charged my credit card for everything when they sent the first one.

Having Contacted Joolop Games Regarding My Order (
Having contacted Joolop Games regarding my order (Mario Karts) that hadn't turned up I did get it very promptly and the manager was helpful
Having given them the benefit of the doubt that my order had got lost in the post I did get what I had ordered within 28 days.
