Bad, Bad, Bad!

At Christmas 2014 I had to return a faulty Nintendo DS. I followed all given instructions and posted it to an address in China. There has been neither replacement DS nor refund. I have been waiting for 8 months. Never, never give your money to JJP Games. you have been warned

Do Not Buy From This Company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 ds's for xmas for my boys. Received them 2 weeks after Xmas. Trying to get my money back. They r not returning my calls or emails. I have now passed it onto the bank. Fingers crossed they get me my refund. WISH I HAD READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED FROM THUS COMPANY. THEY R BASED IN CHINA NOT THE UK. AVOID JJP GAMES

Absolutely disgusting they are allowed to get away with the UK email address when they are in China.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I bought a DS at Christmas. Same as other reviews, the DS we bought did not work, communication by email seemed fine at first, they asked me to post it back to China, but now they don't reply to messages one mail or on their website. No replacement. No happy child and no refund.

The website appears to be an English company.

Faulty Nintendo 3ds

I purchased a Nintendo 3DS online from JJP Games UK. It arrived a week or so later

when it was opened the lower screen surround was off, then we powered it up to find the pixels were blurred & it was difficult to see the writing. I emailed them to ask

what they wish to do, the reply was to sent it back to an address in China & send by

email photographic proof of postage & the will send a replacement, I did this, an

email arrived saying a replacement was being sent within 2 days, 3 weeks have passed

They are not answering any emails. I have just looked at this website, I wish I saw

it before I purchased from JJP, I will now go to my Credit card company for a refund.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Do Not Buy From Jjp Games

I ordered a Nintendo 3DS for my 7 year old son for Christmas along with a Pokemon game from JJP Games. Everything seemed OK but then it kept throwing up error messages which kept stopping the games. I had a horrible feeling I'd been scammed as other reviews seemed to say the same. My son was really upset but as it seemed unlikely that we'd get a refund or replacement from JJP I got one from Amazon 2 days later which was in perfect working order. We did try the Pokemon game on this one but again it didn't work. So, not only did they send a faulty DS, they'd sent a faulty game too.

Having contacted JJP they requested for the device to be sent back to China (where they're based) and they would give us a refund. This was early January and we haven't heard anything since, despite several emails. The refund isn't the main issue here. It's the fact that this company is able to operate sending faulty goods to unsuspecting people. Please don't buy from them and pass the word on.

Do Not Buy From Jjp Games!

I bought a Wii U Pro Controller from them on 1st January 2015. It arrived approximately 15 days later and was shipped from China. The controller is a good fake but still not genuine. I have written to the suppliers and contacted Nintendo. JJP Games returned my email with a standard one telling me the controller was excess stock from Nintendo's OEM factory in China. I have confirmed with Nintendo that this is NOT the case. Nintendo (or any other console maufacturer) do not sell off excess stock. Any wastage is recycled with strict policies in place regarding the distribution of such recycled product. I am in the process of gathering as much evidence as possible on this company in order to present a complete case to Nintendo's Anti-piracy department.

In the meantime, PLEASE don't buy from these people. Fake goods like consoles and charging cables can kill your children! I have seen evidence of such things in the past.

Purchased a Wii u pro controller from the UK website, and was informed it would be with me within 3-5 days. Then I get a shipping notification its being sent from CHINA. I checked out other reviews which said these items are all cheap fakes. In the process of getting my money refunded but no communications from JJP Games as yet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE NOT UK BASED.

They Sell Fake Products

Ordered a Wii-U Pro Controller off these guys. It arrived after 10 days, obviously a counterfeit. Feels like the buttons were glued on. The box looked like it was a photocopied picture of the real one. The screw holding in the battery pack had fallen out and was silver whereas the official one is black. Absolute rubbish.

NEVER BUY OFF JJP GAMES!!!!

Fake Rubbish = Avoid

I purchased three Wii U Pro controllers from these bandits and not one of them is functioning 100% correctly:

1 has a dodgy d pad

1 gets 'stuck' in sync and i have to remove the battery to get it working again

1 cannot be sync'ed to the console at all and thus is completely worthless

JJP Games are ignoring my complaints and clearly have no intention of repairing or refunding. These people should obviously be avoided. I just wish i'd read these reviews before purchasing!
