I bought a DVD from these guys with some hesitation as I knew nothing about them but I thought hey it's only $30 take a chance and if I lose the money well it's my own stupid fault. The DVD eventually arrived but I was unable to get any verification from the company as to where it was, whether it had been sent, what my login or password was (through a return email), etc. Even though I had registered on their site I could not login again and they said they had no record of me logging in yet you had to do this to purchase the DVD. So all in all they seem to very disorganised and have no real accountability. After all this when the product did arrive it was seriously impressive. Beautifully presented packaging and boxing, super professional dubbing and only one tiny glitch out of all six discs. So it's a pity their lack of service lets down their great product. Still I will probably give them another go.

The packaging was fine. No problems with playing the dvds. i remember i send a email to the customer service, just wondering why the price is so low. actually it is not fake. thank you so much.
