Poor Customer Service
Had to return an item for a repair under warrantee, no problems with the information to return it, although I had to pay the £10 or so to have the item returned to Holland, but its stated that they would pay this into my account. The item was returned fine, but still chasing the postage payment, and waiting 2 weeks now for a response back from their Customer Service department!!
Would not use again.

Delivery Date Can Change But It Works
I ordered a HP SLATE7 Extreme from IBOOD.com from London for £72 (including vat and delivery charges) in market it's for around £180+
In order comfirmation Shipping date was 18th but when I checked on 19th March it was still showing Confirmed not Shipped. So I called in IBOOD and in one go they picked the call and told me product will be delieverd in 4-5 days.
On 20th again I called and that nice lady responded and confirmed product will leave store next day.
Today I received my HP SLATE 7 EXTREME.
I am overall sayisfied with IBOOD.
Always place order using PayPal so if there is any dispute PayPal can intervene.

This is an Internet company that communicates by email yet never answers any sent to it. They ignored my request to cancel a seriously late item and sent it over a month late. I had bought another elsewhere and this 2nd one is now surplus to requirements. Avoid this company they are not reputable.

Ibood Took My Cash, No Tracking No Correspondence No Goods.
I ordered a Pebble Smartstick on 29/10/14 They failed to provide me with a tracking number I have yet to receive ANY GOODS after almost two months, they ignore ALL my email correspondence. I requested a refund and you ignored me. IBOOD Customer service is non existent.

Their prices appear very competitive...BUT... here's my experience. I've ordered four times from them. Twice the Oder arrived at least a month after the promised date. BUT...there's worse. I ordered a 'new' Toshiba laptop/tablet...turns out it was a returned item , registered to another customer! BUT....there's worse! I ordered a 'NEW' iPad Air in the first week of May....nearly mid-July and it still hasn't arrived. I've also been told it's not new at all! From reading posts on their forum, it's not worth your while trying to get a refund. I've just been told by them that there's a delay in delivery of a NAS I ordered also. ....I'm awaiting the next email that'll tell me that, due to a clerical error, though it was sold as NEW, in fact it's a returned, refurbished job...
I'm convinced that all of this behaviour, illegal advertising of old goods as new, delays in dispatch and practical impossibility of reimbursement, along with a ZERO response to emails is all part of this company's strategy...
So finally... Zero out of ten and I would definitely recommend them to my worst enemy.

Bad Products - Bad Service
On several occassions I've bought something that was defect and had to send the product back. Worst experience is a photobook voucher that I bought. mybks.nl The company has gone bankrupt and I've been waiting months just getting bounced back and forth between ibood and mybks promising my product is in production and will be delivered next week....this was over 2 months ago and I still haven't received anything.
BAD BAD BAD service!! I suggest to not waste time/money on ibood.

Suckered myself into buying a set of saucepans and lids.
Ibood quoted a UK price but since these items are not imported to UK this is now considered deliberately misleading.
Items duly arrived (cheap Chinese origin). One handle lug was incorrectly welded on and the three handles all required drilling out because the mouldings were so inferior. These pans are so so light that I would estimate the swg at 20 whereas a quality item would be 6-10.
Really poor items.
