I Need One Of Those inoot.co.uk

I brought a product from this company via Play.com. After placing the order i found out that it was not the product advertised. It was advertised as a orginal xbox charger but then after placing the order I was told it was a compatible only - which was not what was wanted. I tried to cancel the order immediatly. Cancellation Emails was ignored - evenetually I got this message back - someone supposedly called shahid shabbir. Whose email was this:

"Stop bul* *hitting, you seem to be a conman yourself and just want to give silly excuses because you wanted to cancel the order and return the product, the products are all ce approved so don’t give me the sh*t of dangerous product

You *ucking Moron "

I also contacted play.com and forwarded them all emails. They are equally terrible. Customer service in philipnines

Ordered a phone charger and received a different one a week later. After 2 emails of requesting a change of goods I haven't even had a response from them. This is truly shocking and I will be sending my details to Trading Standards to investigate this further. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased 3 items on one order from their website. Postage an packing is very steep at £2.97 per item (even in the same packet) but would still have been a good deal if they had delivered. So far only one item has been delivers so I have paid £12.9 for a £1 battery! Customer service is rude & unhelpful. I would recommend everyone avoids using them.

I bought an iPhone 3GS 32GB from Vodafone and wanted a car charger for it (not supplied!). I emailed INOOT to ask if their designated £1 charger + £3 delivery could be guaranteed not to damage my new sophisticated & vastly expensive device. The reply I received was that they "warrant the quality of the merchandise to the extent noted on our website". Lawyer speak and hardly a resounding "no problem, we've tested them and they're OK". On probing further about any claims or returns I received no reply. I simply wouldn't trust a company after a brush-off like that so my recommendation is to go elsewhere.

placed an order with 'I Need One Of Those' and received an automated response stating the items i ordered for my iphone 3gs, had no delivery time the delivery prices are per item and outregous at £3 per item upon delivery the car charger was ok, slightly poor quality but for £1.49 i wasnt expecting much, i also ordered an inline remote control device which i didnt receive instead i was sent an ipod dock with remote control which was advertised at £9.99 the item i ordered was £6.99 but thats besides the point i have no need for a dock as i have a stereo with ipod dock, the customer service is appalling to non existant, and there are other sites linked to the same address with the same items advertised on them

I placed an order with I Need One Of Those for a particular & specific product. The website is quite user-friendly & initial dispatch of goods was prompt. On delivery, a different item had been shipped. I e-mailed the supplier to which the reply was that it had been mis-packed and did I want a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement, also adding a comment in the reply message that I had shipped the wrong item back. That was on the 21st January 2009 and to-date(this review dated 10/02/09), despite 4 more e-mails I have neither had a new reply or received any goods yet.

The item which was sent was not compatible with my phone. I e-mailed them many times to ask if I could send back and if an alternative could be delivered, but absolutely no response. The test of a good company is one which deals with things quickly if things go wrong - I would definitely avoid!

The navigation on I Need One Of Those inoot.co.uk is clear and simple, prices competitive at 99p for many items, takes Paypal or credit card, and big selection to choose from. Overall I give it two thumbs up, and is now my preferred retailer for mobile phone and iPod stuff.
