The items I received were extremely good value compared to the usual Shopping Channels and with the same craft companies too. Free postage and speedy delivery. I have to disagree with comments about poor service,I ordered a product,was told it was "out of stock" but was then e-mailed, days later,saying stock had been found mis-filed and did I want to purchase it. This was an elusive item that they could quite easily have sold online and for a higher amount but they remembered me from an order i had sent. All emails and phone calls I have made have been responded to. All products I have purchased have been in immaculate condition and orders promptly sent out and packaged adequately. What more can I say,I have them at the top of my "craft supplier" online shopping directory. Great prices,great service,great products.

I recently ordered two of the same die, one for myself and another as a gift, one die arrived in good time and a note with it saying 'one to follow'. There was no time frame given so I was at a loss of how long I was to wait, so after a week of waiting for the second die to be delivered I decided to phone up and ask when I might expect it to come. The phone service is poor to say the least. The man who answered was incredibly rude in his response and is lacking in any customer service. I will never be ordering from this company again after this.

Just a fantastic craft supply company. I always buy my craft dies from this website, not only is the delivery service super fast, The products they sell are much! much! cheaper and free P&P is a bonus, If I could give more stars I would.

I have ordered numerous iems such as crafting dies, tools, papercraft items, magazines from Hixxysoft and have always been very pleased with products and the delivery is great. Any questions I have always received a reply either from email, text or voicemail.Prices are very competitive and usually cheaper than most online stores Well done Hixxysoft will continue shopping with you.

I ordered a game from Hixxysoft just before Xmas and it arrived suitably packaged in perfect time to put under the tree! I was really impressed with the service, especially given the time of year. The communication was excellent as well, including email confirmations. I'd definitely use them again, no question. Heartily recommended!

I've been ordering hidden object games for a few years through Hixxysoft and I wouldn't go any where else. Quick free delivery and excellent customer service. Only had one game that wouldn't load and they replaced it straight away. Highly recommend Hixxysoft to everyone.

This a company who deserve to do well as they look after customers with good communication. The fast free delivery is second to none too, so what more could we want.

Excellent quality items for card making. I have bought dies from them in the past but this time I bought the folder to keep them in plus extra sleeves with double sided magnetic sheets to hold the dies in place.

I will now enjoy sorting out the dies so I can find them easily.
