I ordered a marantz na7004 network audio player from HiFi Confidential at 9am on a Thursday morning. Someone called me 2 hours later to confirm the delivery address in central london and I received it that afternoon! I don't think I've ever had a delivery that fast before. I'd definitely recommend them and will shop there again. They were also the cheapest I found for the item.

Came across this site looking for a particular product. The price was good and then looked around and found all prices were amongst the best on the web. The site is easy to navigate and looked like it had all relevant social networking links. Would definitely recommend.

Where to begin? The service and communication from HFC is by far the best I have received from any internet sale. Normally you order and hope your goods turn up on time. Not with HFC. Once I ordered I received a phone call a few hours later, confirming that they had the goods in stock and asked me which day would be best for delivery. Got an email on the same day confirming that the goods had been dispatched and then I got a text from the courier confirming the goods arriving the next day. In the morning I got a text from the courier giving me an hour time slot of when they would deliver! Not only was the service great but the product was perfect and well packaged. I called them up afterwards about a couple of other items and the guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable too.

A lot of other internet business could learn a lot from the way these guys operate.
