Purchased a game that when I got home found was a duplicate. Tried to return to be told I couldn't return it I could exchange or get a credit note. Staff member was very blunt and then another staff member got involved when I questioned the policy. Made a complaint and just got regulations thrown at me and that they were within the rules to not return an unused unpackaged item. I have never been to a store that implies this policy. Do not buy gifts from here.

I have used Grainger games for quite a few years now, and after the attitude of one of the staff and chomping away on chewing gum with his mouth wide open, I found this disgusting! I went to trade a few games in and only offered £40 when game are offering £57 cash, I asked if this is the best you can do? I was then told the exact same £40 with an attitude and wide mouth open chewing gum - Its safe to say I will never use grainger games again. Disgusting customer service

I ordered one game two days ago, paid for next day delivery and it still hasn't come, im expecting that fiver back forthe delivery. The service from the place is terrible, would not recommend.

AAA titled game was sent out to me on the 'day of release' after preordering online weeks before, received it next day.Online advert stated preorder bonus dlc. Am still waiting for that. 6 emails and still no reply.

Like other reviewers my advice would be to shop elsewhere, dont go there!

preordered a game online - sent the wrong edition , it came 4 days before release day, had to send wrong one back, took about 10 days to play correct edition,

silly me preordered another game from them, they sent it out the day it was released- still waiting . AVOID GRANGER GAMES

Looked on line for a ps4 1TB console, Rang up the store asking for it to be kept back, which they had no issue with, my partner rang to confirm that a 1tb ps4 console as well as game was being kept back, until we could collect later that day. Which person in store said `yes` that it would be waiting for us to collect.

Any way partner and I go into the store, and to cut a long story short I was given a 500GB console, so I asked as to why, because I asked for the 1tb to be kept back.

To which he said that no such request had been made by me or my partner!

It gets better, apparently PS4 don`t do 1tb consoles and they dont have them in stock...Ehh Seriously?! Then why does it say there are 3 in stock?

Also why say they had none in the shop...?

I am aware I should of not handed the money over at that point as well as made a comment in reference to the mans attitude which was very rude/disrespectful and flippant.

I went back half an hour later, having clarified with partner that both of us felt we had been lied to, not just deceived. By which time a senior (or manager) was present, and he said he would swap it over that they had one in stock!

Yet the other guy who had/has the attitude issue, mumbled something to him, and then all conversation/exchange stopped at that point, making us feel like something was very `off`

I was pretty upset, so much so I left without saying a word. You do NOT treat customers like this, regardless of how much money was spent. large or small in store.

So Now partner and I are contemplating on taking it back, and going else where. Bad enough with the attitude, but being put over that we are lying...?

So very wrong. No wonder Granger Games are having issues, terrible customer care and bad attitudes towards customers.

Will be making a call and sending an E-Mail in the morning.

Wanted £60 Xbox live codes but they sold me psn codes, not thinking to double check at the time I returned home to find they were wrong. Went back same hour only to be told they don't give a damn and then tried blaming me for the mistake. Absolute rubbish, even game aren't that bad!

Went in this weekend and bought Mario Kart 8 "new" except on inspection it was clearly used. They didn't hesitate to charge me new prices though.avoid at all costs.
