I bought an item in July, and never received it. I emailed customer services and received an automated response promising my issue would be resolved in 3 days. It wasn't. I emailed again, no response. I called the telephone number listed on their website, no response and no facility to leave a message. The line just rings, very unusual for a company, you usually have a recorded message at least.

I emailed in excess of 10 times more, no response. I have written to the company requesting my money back, no response. I bought an item that has not been received and this company has refused to give me any service, surely this is theft??

Avoid this company at all costs.

Same story as a few below - faulty product and returned it to grabitnow - no refund for a few weeks and several emails later still no refund. Ive given up as it was only £6 but I think best not to order in the first place!

Ordered glasses, they did not arrive, rang up and spoke to someone said they would send me a form, did not arrive. Emailed them again and heard no reply.

How many customers must they lose? DO NOT USE THEM

Faulty item sent from GrabitNow (it never worked at all). Returned as per instruction but no refund.

I've contacted them about 20 times over the past 3 months and they have the same response - "we'll put it to accounts and you'll have a refund in the next few days" - but it never comes. Tried to speak with a manager / supervisor and was told that they were tied up, but would phone me back - but guess what - no return call.

I looked them up on the web, and they're part of Nettexmedia (tel no 01202 674050), so I gave them a call directly - but I nearly fell off my chair when I recognised the voice of the person who answered the phone - the same person who answers the GrabitNow phone! Looks as if it could be a two bit operation.

From my experience, I can only conclude that this firm must either be totally incompetent, or acting in a fraudulent manner - but either way, they have no interest in customer care or fair trading.

Be warned, and do not purchase anything from this firm.

Was actually scared at first that my card details weren't safe, as I didn't recognize the company - but that was just me being paranoid (LOL)! Only received 2 e-mails from them, one to welcome me and the other to confirm my order, but never obtained any dispatch info. Surprisingly, with free delivery, it got to the destination in just 3 days, which I found rather good. Only other comment is that a brand name for the product wasn't specified until the item was actually bought - which I'm sure isn't right, but that didn't bother me too much. I DO recommend though.

Customer Services are the worst ever. I returned the item to the returns address and followed the returns process as their web site but they refused to refund telling me it was the wrong address. Unbelieveable. Avoid this company.

Wasted so much time - I think that is what they want.

I love the GrabItNow site, bought quite a lot of stuff after and always had a good service and quick delivery etc. There's some good bargains - not all items are my but it's interesting to log on each morning to see the next deal! Would definitely recommend this site.

Spent £20 with grabitnow.com but did not realise 2 orders went through. I recieved one parcel but when i contacted them i was told they will sort it out but now they seem to have blocked my emails and the phone hasn't been answered.

GrabItNow is a new site but they really do offer great service and some great products. I'd certainly suggest a visit, who knows what bargains they'll have next! Have checked back since my purchase and some of the offers they have are great, very competitive prices and I would highly recommend a visit....everyday in fact just to check the deals!
