I purchased a wifi booster/amplifier from goldduo.com. This is the cheapest outdoor booster i can find. It significantly raised the signal strength of my wireless signals. It's pretty easy to install, basically plug and play so I did not really ask for any technical support from them. However, they did ship the item pretty quickly and answer my email regarding the order tracking status. Since the product works well and I received it pretty quickly, I would recommend the site to others.

I purchased a USB Bluetooth dongle at a very reasonable price. My problem is the drivers that were bundled with the dongle didn't work. I'm in the IT field for over 20 years, I e-mailed their support department with a simple request. I just wanted to know the manufacturer of the device so I could find working drivers. I was extremely disappointed when they chose to reply "We are unable to disclose any info on the manufacturer. Please try reinstalling the adapter. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling it in safemode with full admin. rights."

This is my one and only experience with them so I don't know if the other items they sell work out of the box of if their support department is equipped to handle questions regarding it's use.
