I ordered the SatNav online from globalpositioningsystems.co.uk. The product was in stock (according to the website) with free delivery.

I got acknowledgement of the order.

Then an e-mail to say delivery delayed without explanation

A week later, no follow up.

Fortunately, it was possible to cancel on line as my credit card had not been debited, so a bonus point for that.

I have tried another supplier, who I hope will be better at communicating at least.

Sad really, as a couple of emails may have saved the sale.
