Bought a HORI arcade stick off them and have since sold it. However, I came across the receipt the other day and remember how good the buying experience was and how the company was low on reviews at the time I ordered so have come back to recommend. Quick delivery and very well packaged. Found the site good to use too.

I placed an International Pre-Order for Skylander's new Expansion pack and figures, using my Visa Card back on 2/19/2012. The initial charge went thru verifying the account was good. I then received an e-mail two day later stating that due to the size of my order I must do a direct bank transfer to pay for the order. After giving them every Piece of information under the sun including a copy of my Passport card,and 12 e-mails to various customer service members, they still refused to allow me to pay with my Visa. I finally had to track one of the big wigs for this company down using Linkedin UK and sent him a message about the poor service and harassment, I received,and then I received an from customer service, say they were sorry, and that my order was being processed, and when the Items became available, they would be shipped. Well today is 4/11/2012, and I have no Items and got an e-mail response, that the items are not available! this company is a big

joke, and these reviews about it being great are all a joke. USA customers don't waste your time or $$$.

my son wanted a new xbox, my daughter wanted an xbox and kinect...solution...buy an xbox/kinect bundle...give the new xbox to my son and set his old xbox up with the kinect for my daughter...one promblem...xbox/kinect bundles do not come with a kinect power supply to connect to older xbox types..solution..buy a power supply..problem...finding a reputable online supplier of components that are hard to find on the high street...solution...GamingZap...great website, you can see exactly what you are buying, fair pricing, easy to follow ordering and a range of delivery options...I could keep track of my order and delivery was spot on...highly recommended

I think gaming zap are a fantastic company. After royal mail messed up my order and sent it back to zap, I emailed them to try and sort it out and the next day I received a phone call stating that they would send the parcel out again with no charge. The parcel arrived exactly when stated. Absolutely fantastic thanks for all your help

I bought this headset as a birthday gift for my son. I didn't know which to buy so I called gamingzap for advice on which model to buy. I was given an excellent overview of the models and proceeded to make my order online. ordered on Monday evening and received my goods Wednesday morning. Couldn't be happier and I'm sure my son will be the same!!

I ordered the above item from Gaming Zap. I have never used their service before and found them after doing an online search.

Not only were they nearly £10 cheaper than other sites, but after opting for standard first class delivery rather than paying extra for next day delivery, my item came the very next day. I was very taken aback with how prompt they were as I didnt even order the item until late in the working day.

I ordered my Kinect Zoom at 5.30pm last Thursday, it was with me at 9am on Friday. Amazing fast delivery and excellent service from the team who were able to answer every question I had about the Nyko Kinect Zoom.

The price of the Zoom was excellent and I have no problem with paying for postage when delivery is so fast!

I have my eye on the batman Xbox pad next, I know I'll be taking my service to GamingZap for it :)

It was the cheapest on-line to buy quality goods excellent service packed to perfection, fast dispatch and great communication they sent me an email on purchase and another with details of the carrier who would deliver the goods and when it would arrive it was fantastic and will buy from again most definitely 5 star service :)
