Hard To Cancel Order
Very hard to cancel orders, and my emails to try to contact them went ignored. As a result i ended up with a game i no longer needed, due to their slow dispatch times. I've added their site to my internet browser's blacklist, so i don't even accidently land on their site when looking for the cheapest price for any game i'm interested in. I'm determined never to shop with them again.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid
Attracted by the cheap price I made the mistake of ordering Horizon Zero Dawn from Gameseek, Despite receiving notification that it had been dispatched the game never arrived. I spent a month live chatting with their so-called customer service advisors and exchanging emails with the marketplace manager. They showed no interest in resolving the issue. Thankfully I paid for the game through Amazon Payments so was able to get a refund through them. Gameseek were so awful Avoid like the plague and buy your games through a reputable organisation.

2 Years Later, No Game No Money
I ordered a game on October 6 2015, it is now just over two years later and I still haven't received my game or gotten my money back, nor have I received any answer on my two latest emails from early December 2015 stating I want my money back.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

So put my order in for my little girls present, got a depatch email asap tonight got an email around 1800 stating item was delivered at 1510 and if not in item would be left with a neighbour and card through the door, no card through door no item where the heck is it??????

Ordered a play table for my son on the 26/7/2017 its the 10/8/2017 it has not come i called only to get a screeching noice down the phone n cut off ... Tried to fill in form but it wont let me .. They say there the best mmmmm ... It was only 16 quid but not the ponit

Awful Experience Avoid!!!!!
Pre-ordered a game a month in advance along with 3 other people come release day no item. It's now 6 days later & all 3 of us are still waiting. They blame royal mail but used 3-5 day economy service from Wednesday it's now 6 days since & tomorrow a full week. No other company fails to get a game to you kn release day ever. Tried ringing, emailing, tweeting & messaging but responses are few & far between you either get ignored or fobbed off. Worst game company I have Done business with. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I purchased a relitively expensive purchase (childs bike £89) where i recieved confirmation of purchase instantly, i then waited some 7 days before thinking that most viable online companies would have informed me of any delay or indeed updated me of the progress. When emailed they simply said their has been some warehouses issues and you should recieve the purchase shortly.
Another 4 days went by and has it drew to the eve of my daughters birthday i contacted them again, they replied with one line....the order is on its way via hermes.
2 days later the purchase arrived and i sat to write a follow up email of my experience with gameseek, strongly outlining the grieve this purchase had caused (19 days from order to delivery) and as you can have guessed i have recieved no reply from gameseek

Worst Customer Service Ever!
So a few Christmases back I ordered a toy from this site as it was the cheapest I'd seen anywhere, including shipping so I ordered it, it came, no hiccups or need to contact customer service. So recently when this came up again on the shopping compare websites as the cheapest I was like brilliant and ordered the toy. About a week later, I realised that I had no email of a confirmation of purchase or anything and I check on the site against my email, and historic purchases didnt register anything. I was literally about to buy it again when I realised I had paid with Paypal so I checked on my account and the transaction HAD gone through with them. So I contact Gameseek to ask if there was a glitch, had it registered with them? 48hrs, nothing. So I email again. 48hrs nothing. And I'm like what's going on here, so I open a claim case with Paypal (order through Paypal people, guarantees your money back) and they finally give me a rude response 'shipped it, its coming' with no tracking details, no apology no date it was shipped. So that gave me NO confidence that they weren't just conning me! It arrives today, the toy is ok, but the packaging is ripped to shreds, I am amazed the toy is ok. I know this stuff happens but the customer service was ABOMINABLE, for all I know, they did have a glitch and they shipped it when paypal contacted them. 4 weeks is not on! I would have forgiven it though had I had a bit of politeness or professionalism. Lost me as a customer!

Non-functional Software, Non—responsive Company.
I bought a piece of software from these people. It rejected the serial number clearly printed on the package, and will not install. An email to the address from which the order acknowledgement “bounced”. Messages left on the website have been ingnored. (Fortuanately I paid by PayPal, my next port of call.)

Where's My Refund
Ordered 2 sets of paint brushes, only 1 set was delivered as the item was out of stock. I was offered an immediate refund, this was over a month ago.
I have repeatedly contacted them via telephone and email and all I get is the same stock response of "I've passed your request to our finance department and they are dealing with it with immediate effect"
Wish I'd checked out other people's reviews before I ordered, rubbish in every way, avoid at all costs!!
