Bought a PS3 Console. It came on time. It broke after approx 1 month (60 GB YLOD). Game stuck inside. Phoned to get refund and return instructions. Sent back on 29/11/2011 after many emails and phone calls regarding refund and game, got a refund for console on 22/12/2011.

More Phone calls and emails regarding the game stuck inside. Eventually last week (19/01/2012) got a gift card from "game" (sister company). Used diesel and paid parking to visit a game store to find that the card had no funds on it.

Phoned "game" to be told that £72 had been spent in a metro centre on the card the same day. Asked the girl if I could speak to a manager she told me he was busy on a call and would definitely phone me back. Heard nothing since.

Now written final email to "Gameplay" threatening report to trading standards if donot recieve cost of new game immediately.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! :(

This company does not reply to emails... But they do take your money... After 1 week and 5 unanswered emails I am still waiting for my item to be dispatched. I will never shop with them again. I recommend strongly to avoid this company. There are plenty of better companies out there that provide good customer service and good communication.

Ordered a game, the game is never arrived, On the website there is a form to fill if the item was not received.

no answer, after 2 week i wrote them again, no answer, after 1 month i wrote them again, no answer, after two months i wrote them AGAIN, finally they answer, they said that it's too late to complain so they cannot help me.

Notice I did fill out the form on time like it was written on their website.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them, your are gonna loose your money like it is happen to me.

Ordered some games on the Wednesday morning and received them on Thursday morning before the launch of the games on the Friday. Excellent work and fast delivery. Would use them again

Bought some games a week ago and they haven't sent. Bad costumer service, no communication at all. Will not buy again. Avoid this kind of cheap story.

I ordered the goods Thursday Night and received them Saturday Morning. Standard order receipt and delivery confirmation emails were received as expected.

As cheap as some 'tax haven' sites I have used but much faster to deliver.

This is the first time I have purchased any games online & so wasn't sure where to buy from. I found Gameplay through google shopping, but was a bit concerned as it got very mixed reviews. I decided to give it a go anyway & I'm really happy that I did. Not only did I get a great price on the 2 Professor Layton games I purchased, but they arrived within 2 days & that was between Christmas & New Year. The games themselves were in perfect condition including the preowned one, which was as new, with all the booklets included & even the club nintendo pin unused. I found their website easy to use & the checkout process simple & secure. Altogether it's been a pleasurable experience & I will definately be using Gameplay again.

Well bought a ps3 console for £170 off of them as it came with a 12 month warranty. received the console the next day as promised but when I tried to turn it on it had the YLOD problem. So phoned their customer service up and arranged a collection. Now parcelforce was to blame for this next bit but I'll include it. Someone had to stay home from work to make sure there was someone available for the collection. However they didnt turn up so money was lost and plans were cancelled for nothing. evenually they picked it up and sent it off.

This is the frustrating bit, I have emailed them several times to find out the status of my console (so when I can expect one) but have had no response. Out of 7 emails I have sent them 2 have been answered saying that I need to include the account and order number (which I did). I told them that the console was required 2 weeks ago when I ordered it but now it is 2 weeks late. So basically they send out faulty consoles and then take forever to replace it. So much for next day delivery

Order X Box game on Monday evening 13th December, delivered on Thursday morning 16th December. Excellent service.

Tried to order an xbox 360 but when I went on to check the progress of my order it had been cancelled. I called there sales line and wad told they couldnt verify my address by using 'several' government databases when pushed they told me they used corporate192.com.

I have lived at my present address for nearly a year and voted from that very same address so I thought I would check corporate192.com and they were using an electoral register from 2002!!!!!

I was told they would only check once and offered no other support

Avoid like the plague they are a tin pot outfit.
