Like Other Reviewers I'm Still Waiting After 6 Wee

like other reviewers I'm still waiting after 6 weeks, only managed to speak to customer 'services' once. was told it should be delivered in the next 10 days (that was 3 weeks ago!)

can't even contact them on the phone, an automated message informs me 'mailbox is full'!

have sent an email but my guess is I'll have to try and get my money back...

my worst online shopping experience to date.

After 2 Months I Am Still Awaiting Delivery! The M

After 2 months I am still awaiting delivery! The money left my bank account promtly but that has been the only promt thing about it! I have only managed to speak to anybody once, who insisted that my order would be delivered in 3 days, that was 6 weeks ago. The only other form of customer service in via E mail (on the website it says that this is the most efficient method!), I have sent 5 so far and received no acknowledgement back. I would never order from these people again, they have taken my money and delvered nothing except poor service!

After Searching Online For This Specific Leatherma

After searching online for this specific leatherman model, I was pleased to find it for a relatively good price on the gadgethub site, so I ordered it. Received an automated response email. Then waited 10 days but the item had not been delivered. I rang the customer service number and they said that one of their colleagues 'was going to ring you and tell you that the item is not in stock' and 'would I like to choose an alternative item'. 'was going to ring' does this mean when they felt like it or when they could be bothered? And why would I want to choose an alternative item when I was spending 55 pounds on a specific item? I wasnt annoyed about the fact the item was out of stock, it was the poor customer service which bothered me. Definitely will not use the site again.

I Would Suggest You Avoid Using Gadget Hub At All

I would suggest you avoid using Gadget Hub at all costs. They do not answer emails, phone contact is virtually impossible.

Waited over three weeks for a very cheap item under £10 but its the principle. Approaching Bank for refund. Very poor company.

I Ordered A Pool Table From Them At A Cost Of &po

I ordered a Pool Table from them at a cost of £74:99, I received the confirmation email and since then I have heard nothing from them or received my order. I have sent them 3 emails and all of them have yet to be answered. I tried their national rate helpline number to get an automated message telling me to email them!!!! Great they HAVE NOT answer my emails. I feel totally upset by this company who have ruined my sons birthday as the Pool Table was a present for him.

It Is One Of The Worst Customer Experience Ever...

It is one of the worst customer experience ever... We ordered a Garlando football table on April 1st and apart from an automated order confirmation did not have any news about this order.... Is the item still in stock? Will it be dispatched one day? This is a present for a special occasion, and untold delays will be very unwelcome...

Until further news, we have to agree with the other reviews : DO NOT BUY on this site.

I Ordered A Pool Table From Them On Wednesday Afte

I ordered a pool table from them on Wednesday afternoon. I received a phone call to confirm my address details with the delivery details. The Pool Table that I had ordered from the Gadget Hub was delivered at 9am the next morning. Unbelievable service!

You say Customer service is "good". So have you found an available order to reach, or a responsive email address ? I doubt your experience is representative, maybe not even real.

It Seems You Won't Get What You Order From Gadget

It seems you won't get what you order from Gadget Hub. You won't get a response from 'customer support', and it's just one of those companies that doesn't seem to care that you want to buy. Why do they bother setting up if they don't have products in stock and won't even contact you?
