futeko sell the better of the Chinese brand products and offer good uk based support for them. I bought a himedia q5 about 6 months ago and it has steadily improved with more firmware releases via there forum and is now the best android box for video. I have a lot of high bitrate mkvs with 7.1 audio. in a world where there are a lot of Chinese retailers futeko offer something more.

The Mele PC PCG03 is an excellent little windows box. Really fast boot up and it works great with Kodi 14.2. Delivery was next day.

The product I ordered was a miracast dongle. it arrived next day and after a couple of emails to futeko (very helpful replys) i got it working perfectly with my galaxy 4.

No problems. Fast delivery and super little product.

I was surprised to find the negative reviews on this site. That wasn't my experience when I ordered an Android box just before Christmas 2014. My experience was that I emailed them several times before buying to ask technical questions about file format support. All the replies I got were fast and showed that the person answering knew what they were talking about. The order process was simple and efficient and the item arrived next day exactly as described. Glad i didn't read the other old reviews before ordering because it would have put me off! Overall my experience of futeko has been great so far. They now have a support forum, which is a good addition.

If you could give no stars it would still be too high! deliberate lies and falsehoods. Blackmailing to obtain refunds you are legitimately owed. Awful. Stick to a real business that deserves your money!

I returned a product because it did not do what it was described to do. The response from Futeko.com was "Not performing to your expectations and being faulty are different things. The A2W is a cheap device which does lot's of things very well". My argument was that it did not perform *** as described ***. I was refunded the original purchase price but refused the return shipping cost meaning the whole order and return process cost me almost 25% of the original cost. Suggest paying that bit more and shopping elsewhere where you can be assured of a streamline return process.

I bought an android box from this company as they said it would be flashed with alternative firmware and XBMC already installed.

When I got the box it didnt have XBMC installed as advertised.

After contacting them, they didnt apologise they made up a variety of excuses including "you had a good deal and its cheaper than anyone else anyway" but that doesnt make up for sending an item which isnt as advertised.It was easier to rectify the problem myself as by then I had lost ALL faith in the company and the person who was dealing with me - I dont think he knew how to run a business or comply with the sale of goods act.

I did NOT buy this item through ebay so EBAY FEEDBACK IS IRRELEVANT !

If you dont want any problems with your items and you like normal customer service skills....then BUY ELSEWHERE....I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone at all.

Ordered a tablet for a birthday present. It was 4 weeks after ordering when we started to use it and it was rubbish. It doesn't work propperly, keeps locking up, WIFI is none existant. I tried to get it returned but no chance. I wasn't even offered the chance to return it, I was told the 7 day distant selling limit would be the only time they would except it back. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a cheap tablet from them as I only wanted to use it for watching movies or listening to podcasts in the gym or on planes. The volume level was so poor it would have been useless on a plane. I emailed the address given for refunds and was told "it's the same level as other tablets." It's not. I sent the item back on the 6th December, received on the 8th. It says they take 4 days to process. On the 20th December, 12 days later (still no refund) I received an email telling me my replacement tablet was in the post!!! I didn't ask for this. Basically what they did was keep hold of my money then posted me another one just before Christmas when they know the item won't be delivered for some time. If you're not happy with the product expect foul play.
