Went back to esave2day website to find it is unusable.

I have phoned this company that is based in Cardif but no answer, no reply from emails.

From what people say this company changes its trading regular.

From another website I saw a comment 'I managed to get a mobile contact number for Pavan. I phoned Pavan and he told me 3 - 5 working days delivery. Over three weeks now nothing, and Pavan will not answer his phone.

THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF. BIG STYLE.

My credit card company is now dealing with it.

Absolutley useless - dont go near this shower. They make it impossible to contact them, dont respond to emails, dont deliver goods yet take your money the day you oder.

The status of your order sits in 'pending' forever. 40 days after ordering I am still waiting for the delivery, even though the webpage says they have stock of 60!! They dont acknowledge your emails of complaint - clearly they havent heard of customer service.

Had I known what this organisation was like, I would have kept well away.

They get one star rating because I cant select no star - which is how I really rate them!!

i have been waiting over 16 days for my delivery

I'm placing my complaint with royal mail..why...its not their fault at all

because they are using royal mail on their site for delivery and it is a serious offence to mess with the royal mail that is not taken lightly

this is the queens service they are falsely using for personal gain

POOR POOR SERVICE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Delivery was very late, product damaged, will not answer phones or emails, on line support never works. Will be reporting to trading standards with in the week. There is nothing to like about this company!

Ordered a ASUS N30 Netbook from esave2day, very impressed with the after sales customer service, online support was extremely helpful, laptop arrived next day via UPS, to show you why i was so impressed i ordered it at 6.20pm on 5/1/10 and it arrived at 8.15am on 6/110, they are based in cardiff and I am in Newcastle, very impressive free delivery service as well as price for laptop, thanks alot!
