Advertised item (dvd) as being available 5-7 days.
Weeks later (I had to chase them with emails and telephone calls, apparently supplier issues!) the item came into stock and money debited from my bank account.
No notification of arrival in stock or bank account debit. .
In the days following the debit from my bank account the item disappeared altogether from my eil account, giving the impression that the order had cancelled at their end.
12 days after bank debit and following more telephone calls and emails I was informed that my order was still valid and ready to ship that day. IT WASN'T!
Item was eventually dispatched on 23rd November 2010 and received on 25th November 2010. 41 days in total! I got the impression that as soon as they hung up they forgot about my order and concerns. When eventually dispatched they did at least acknowledge the delay.
Items can be expensive, so shop around.
