I was looking for a mounting solution for my iPad 2 when I came across easydevices. after i ordered i received a phone call thanking me for order and also confirming that i had an iPad. turns out i had ordered the wrong one! Checking the website again it turns out this was me ordering without thinking as they could not be any clearer with compatibility. anyway their call saved me from receiving the wrong case and also added a nice human touch to ordering online. would definately use these guys again!

oh and the item arrived the very next day!

I have used this supplier twice in the past couple of years and in both cases was impressed by the reasonable price, and extremely prompt and helpful service.

These guys were the first to get a dock for the Nexus S, and also the prices were good enough for me to get the spare battery too. The dock has a space to charge the battery, which is handy. The battery is not rated as much as the original samsung one, but is good for an end-of-day emergency. Delivery was very quick.

Was a bit sceptical about using them after reading some of the negative reviews, but they were only site that had the item I wanted in stock.

Ordered item on the Thursday for a Friday delivery. Friday came and item did not arrive. I thought maybe I had made an error of judgement.

Rang the customer service number and was told it had missed the dispatch in the Thursday. I started to think I might have a problem as some suggested on here. They told me they would send the item by courier for a saturday delivery and at no extra charge.

Item arrived as promised VIA city link. So I cannot agree with other negative reviews and would use them again without hesitation.

Don't buy from these guys as they send faulty goods and fob you off with tech speak for as long as possible, you will be luckly if you get your money back.

I fell over this company by chance on the internet and was surprised they could provide the products at that price and delivery [as opposed to the big boys].

Placed the order in good faith and as a result of exceptional customer service and a REALLY keen pricing strategy, Im back again and ordering in volume form them.

Its refreshing to get a company who seem to actually pay attention to the customer and go more than the extra mile to make sure you get what you want, when you want and at a cracking price.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Ordering from Easydevices has been a complete waste of my time.

They took my money straight away, but I have still not received the promised goods, its 11 days later and I paid for next day delivery service.

Before placing my order I called to double check they had the item in stock as indicated on their website, I was told they did so placed my order immediately on that basis, I was told the next day that they didn't actually have the stock..

The next delivery date promised was 5 working days later, with a partial deliver costs refund mentioned, 2 working days after the second delivery date still nothing.

Why take the money before actually fulfilling an order?

If they couldn't fulfill the order they should of said straight away so that I could place an order elsewhere and i wouldn't of minded to much and appreciated the honesty.

Whereas now they've wasted lots of my time and I still don't have the goods!

Amateurs!!

This has to be the worst transaction I have had in my tender 48 years. They took my money no problem so I cant fault that, thing is they didnt have the item in stock and rather than tell me this they had me wait weeks until I called, then they talked me into software that wont work on my GPS and THEY WONT REFUND MY MONEY.

Do not use this company they are shonky

I purchased this unit after calling looking for a wireless solution for my iPad. The sales rep was extremely helpful and pointed out that a lot of other customers were using the mifi for this purpose. The Mifi arrived the next day and was as easy to set up as the rep had said. I would definately use Easy Devices again as it seemed as though the staff knew their products rather than just trying to make a sale. Great Service!

I contacted four companies via the web, three replied but once they realised I only wanted to place a small order they dumped me bar Easy Devices. Easy Devices sent five emails in total making sure I got the right product. It's hard to compare Easy Devices as the others could not be bothered to help.

I will use this company again!
