I ordered the Frozrn dvd and Beauty & the beast in september for part of my grandaughters christmas, I sent an e-mail asking where they were, I have not had a reply and after reading the previous reviews i now know that I wont be receiving them, this company should be taken to court 

The name of the company makes it sound like it is UK based but its not. I placed an order for Frozen & got email to say it was being shipped from overseas & would arrive in 2-3 weeks. This was on 21st September & I am still waiting for the dvd!!

I have sent at least 10 emails & have not had any reply to them!!

Do not waste your money but using this site

Never received my order was charged no reply from dvdhouse. Do not use this place.

I ordered a DVD thinking it was a UK company as the co.uk suggests and said the DVD would be dispatched immediately. Only a couple of days later I had an email saying that it was going to be dispatched from it's international warehouse and would take 2 weeks! Over 2 weeks later it hadn't arrived so I emailed. 2 months later it and after another unanswered email it hadn't arrived. Luckily I paid via PayPal and they refunded me.

Avoid them at all times!!!!

Having just read the reviews on this 'company' it seems all I need to do is copy and paste any one of them! Ordered the Frozen dvd on 6th September 2014 and to date nothing has been received. 5 emails have been sent to them with no response and no telephone number given. AVOID THIS SHOWER AT ALL COSTS.

Wish I had searched this company before using them. 2 months on no dvd arrived and no response to emails, sent to both email addresses.

It is all clearly a complete money making scheme with Chaiya Kantha in Thailand making a mint.

I have submitted a report via action fraud website. Hopefully the more people that do so, the more chance there is of the website being shut down. Yes they can just create another, but every little helps.

I have also submitted a complaint to Paypal to hopefully receive a refund. Mixed success with this one so I wont be holding out.

I ordered a Frozen dvd for my daughter from this website. I received an email the same day to confirm my order had been dispatched. This was in August, to this date I have never received the item. I don't believe it was ever sent. These people are scam artists. I have emailed a few times to which i received no response. There is no postal address on the website and now I look and can't believe i was ever stupid enough to order from them.

I have spoken with the UK European Consumer Centre and they have told me that the domain address originates from Thailand.

have applied to my credit card company to get my money back.

Ordered Frozen, and like a few others never received the DVD. Did a chargeback via credit card ok though

Was searching online for frozen and lego movie dvd. DVD house website was top google listing. Website at a quick glance looked genuine. I became suspicious when an email sent to me after ordering said international shipping will take two to three weeks. I went back to the website and there was no mention of international shipping on it. When the DVDs eventually arrived the envelope had a post mark of Thailand-at this point I knew what would be inside. Sure enough when I opened them they were copies and bad ones at that. Absolutely furious! I tried twice to contact through the website and received no reply. I then sent the invoice number via paypal in an email and again didn't receive a reply. The website has no phone number which is dodgy in itself.

I decided to go back to paypal. I understand from this review site that this has had varying success. I put a dispute in through paypal to try to get my money back, immediately raised it to a claim against the company and received an email today that suggested paypal were struggling to get any information from the company and that they would settle the claim in my favour. Seriously, the website is still trading, when is someone going to shut it down??

I ordered 2 dvd's on 7th Sept 2014 for my son's birthday, and to date (4th October 2014), they have still not arrived.

I have sent messages on two occasions, neither of which have been replied to.

There is no phone number on the website to contact them.

I wish I had checked them out before ordering, but was lured in by the thought of getting a bargain!
