Purchased from DinoDVDs after a friend mentioned them when searching for the little mermaid. Has like all the other people on here I thought it was a British web site! when received the e-mail saying it had been dispatched by air mail I took it was coming from europe, as I hadn't been able to purchase anywhere else! Then after christmas and no parcel checked there web site "down for maintenance" also e-mailed them but no replys? the alarm bells began to ring, package then arrived a couple of days later from Thailand! yep counterfeit! contacted Paypal who have been great and I got my money paid back to my credit card! anyone who's paid by Paypal give them a call if you haven't already!

Like all other reviews was suprised to hear that my dvds were not real (despite being £10 each) and were coming from Thailand. Website was completely misleading. We did get them but only 1 works and now no reply to my emails. Complete ripoff do not buy from them.

like all the other reviews, i bought what i thought would be genuine disney dvd's, but seem to be fake as do not have the disney hologram like other disney purchases from other sources. they also came via airmail from thailand. one of the dvd's does not work properly and i have tried to e-mail them, but the account is full. the website is also currently unavailable due to 'maintenance' so cannot contact them in any way. from my own experience it all seems a bit sus and poss just set up for the christmas period? may try to claim via my credit card now for the apparent fake dvd's i have received, so not happy with this company and would therefore tell people to avoid them (if they ever get up and running again!)

On 3rd December I placed an order on the Dino dvd website for a Jungle Book dvd. It was a UK website and therefore believed the item would be despatched from the UK. Delivery was estimated to be 5 to 15 days. It is now 11th January and I am still waiting!! Their webite is so called down for maintenance and I have tried to contact them by e-mail but get an error message to say their mailbox is full (VERY suspicious!!).

Having read the earlier reviews, it looks like other customers have received fake copies of dvds they have ordered!

It would have been good to know that they are actually based in Thailand!!

Ordered on 17th Dec and still waiting. In the meantime had an email to say they are sending my order airmail - not what I was expecting, thought I had ordered from the UK. Tried to email but site is 'shut down for maintenance'! and email fails to deliver. WHAT A CON!

Bought two Disney DVD's from Dino's UK centre. When they finally arrived they had been sent from Thailand and of course were snides, expensive ones at that! ***DO NOT USE DINO DVD***

My Xmas boxed set of Lost 6 arrived today a week later than it should have been. Sniffed a rat when I got an update e-mail last week saying it had been dispatched by air mail (not bad for an 'in stock' item on a UK website!). Package today had Thailand written all over it so i thought I'd give it a confirmatory run on one of my DVD players that will only play originals, guess what? Yep, won't run. Closer inspection on the surprisingly good quality packaging reveals Region 1 all over it but with a note from the Thai supplier saying it is identical to the UK Region 2 DVDs. Sorry, doesn't wash. Have e-mailed for a refund and found the site down for maintenance, Quell surprise! I am so p****d off, will go Amazon everytime from now on. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS!

I just bought my daughter a Cinderella DVD from these jokers its not original took three weeks to arrive when on ther website next day or up to three days. When it arrived from thailand!!!i knew it was a fake been back to there website susprise its down for maintentance yeah right. Stay clear of these. They dont reply to your emails and when they do it sounds like they are being rude. Expample if you read terms & conditions. If i knew for one second this was a copy i would have bitten the bullett and gone to Disney.

i ordered a little mermaid dvd from this site at 12.00 , i emailed them a fwe times and with no response i googled dinodvds and some reviews came up.

i then contacted them asking when my item would be here!

my item came yesterday nearly 3 weeks and i now know the reason why as the dvd itself comes from china.

the dvd arrived in packaging but had chinese writing all over it .

how can i give that to a 7 year old .

i have since emailed to ask for a refund 1 but seriously doubt it

This website sells counterfeit goods. We purchased three Disney DVDs, which came with the Disney logo badly drawn, and spelling mistakes all over them. The domain is registered to a "Mr. Smith" at a fake address in Blackburn. Avoid at all costs.
