Ctobay.com not a reliable partner, problems, no service

In February 2011 I bought an A8 Pad tablet. Within a week the tablet was defective. According to Ctobay’s advise the tablet was returned.

Then the problems begin. Ctobay does not answers mails, contact forms on their site and not to “Live chat”.

So think twice doing business with Ctobay!! (I lost € 165,-- !!)

Ps: In the event that my tablet arrives I will remove this negative experience.

I ordered an "original style" DVD radio for Hyundai Santa Fe and asked before, whether it will fit for my car. ctobay.com told me yes - but they were wrong.

I sent back - for weeks they denied having received it - even tracking said, it has been delivered correctly.

They offer money back warranty - I wanted to get my money back, because they cannot deliver a fitting device.

They putted me off for weeks - and finally obviously blocked my out from chatting with them.

The agent's name is Sandy - "Wen Qu" on facebook. I gave her comment about poor service of ctobay.com. I would like to encourage you to do the same, if you have also been fooled by that company.
