Ordered RC boat for my kid. Took some chasing, but eventually arrived - not functioning, though. Returned asking for refund. Customer service claimed that did not receive the return and asked for proof of shipment. Sent them proof of shipment - they went radio silence. In my book - this site is a scam, and I have reported it as such. Buy at your own risk.

This site is some kind of scam. Very boring story but they took money from my bank account and didn't send the goods, claiming that they needed to confirm the address. I eventually terminated the transaction and they miraculously sent the goods. I had to pay postage for the return.

Extremely unhelpful company. Total con. Best avoided.

BestGadgetry.com is really cheap, but the customer service can be a bit slow at times.

I'll recommend them because of their product range. I also purchased BioShock 2 from them yesterday, but we'll see how that goes!
