Taken my money, then Canceled Order. (thanks guys)Now my account has been suspended. Avoid beaplayr like the plague.

I wish i'd checked this place out before ordering. I purchased my so called instant download game but never received my download code and after a couple of emails sent to the 'support desk' no reply! And there is no contact number either. One word for this place THIEVES! Avoid at all costs

Ordered, and paid £29.98 for, a game. Was sent confirmation email followed by cancellation email a few days later. My account was deleted and there's no where on the site to contact them. I found an email address on their facebook page but they haven't responded to my request for a refund. The site doesn't even look real, with placeholder text and images on what are clearly template pages. Avoid like the plague.

Purchased DVD version of Anno 2070 Deep Ocean from BEAPLAYR.CO.UK, first off received no confirming email, until request sent to Support Desk. Then had to ask when game was bing dispatched, again through Support Desk. Then when no game arrived after two weeks, asked what was happening to get a reply from the Support Desk stating that I was sent an email containing my download code. As I purchased a DVD version from them this surprised me, so logged onto the account on their site to find that they had cancelled my DVD order for a download one, without telling me.

Totally unacceptable, do not use this website or company. Now I have to try and get my money refunded.

I ordered Xbox Live 12 months from them and came within the hour via email. would use again.
