bought a backpack from this shop, they e-mailed me saying that my item was sold out and they offered me an alternative one - which is very similar to my original purchased, i accepted the offer and i am happy about the alternative backpack and the communication was fine. i wrote this review it might help for others. thanks andila.

Ordered shoes for a wedding, with 2 weeks to go, paid for first class delivery. Received confirmation of order. A week later still haven't received shoes. Sent multiple emails enquiring as to where they were and got no replies... Messaged them once more to say that I would be going for a refund if my shoes didn't arrive soon. I woke up to a PayPal notification saying my money had been refunded in full. They never gave me a reason or replied to any of my previous emails. Extremely disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Received my Globe belt the very next day even though I only paid for second class postage. Impressive!

They don't have the prettiest website, but they will deliver. Bought a garden pool from them and arrived in 4 days. Easy to instal and clear instructions. They sent emails with my order progress and I'm quite happy with them.

I was looking for some decent boots for myself and accidentally mistyped my post code on the order form. They called after 30 mins and got it fixed. I received them in 3 days, which is acceptable considering I chose the 2nd Class delivery. Overall I think I will be using them again in the future.
