Don't Trust This Site. Could Be Fake.
727game.com has a phone number on its site that doesn't work. also, they put paypal log on the bottom, but you can't use paypal to pay and have to put in a credit number.
also, i have email customer service numerous times and have not gotten an answer.
727game.com is falsely selling Dark Souls collector's edition PS3 that was only offered to Amazon, Best Buy, and few others. The collector's edition is so few in supply that Best Buy and Newegg are sending out $20 gift certificate because they can't fulfill the pre-orders. And because there are no more in supply ANYWHERE, nobody is offering it anymore. Except 727game.com which is likely fake.

Yeah Ok The Box Came With Foreign Writing All Over
yeah ok the box came with foreign writing all over it but the game plays in english. it came all sealed up and brand new and I got used to the game pretty quick. Plays online ok so I can't really fault its an import. it saved me money anyway (call of duty 4) and my friend bought one with no problems. I've ordered bioshock, should be coming this weekend.Ok, if you want an english manual you can buy elsewhere, but I prefer to save a few quid. I can understand some people moaning but I think it's quite a good cheap site, just hope they don't put the prices up for christmas!

I Ordered Two Games From 727 Game, So Delivery Was
I ordered two games from 727 Game, so delivery was free. And as indicated, it was dispatched the next day. I expected it within a few days, and when it didn't come I looked closer at the Postage and Returns information. It states, 'Note that all post is sent by airmail and that regardless of destination the average delivery time is between ten and fourteen days from posting though it can take longer, no parcel can be considered lost unless twenty five days have elapsed since posting'.
I waited two weeks, and then I wrote to their 'unbeatable customer service' asking when I could reasonably expect my game. I got a standard reply from them the next day, apparently they get asked this a lot. I was told again, delivery can take 'ten to twenty one days (though on rare occasions it can take longer)'.
Finally my games came a few days later, well packaged in a box and surrounded by bubble wrap. The markings on the box told me it was dispatched from Thailand. I opened up to see the games I ordered wrapped in the original sealed packaging, only they were Thai versions. Taped to the back of one was a DVD with a badly printed, pixelated copy of the DVD picture, called 'Multi Language Installation DVD'. Inside, the manuals were also completely in Thai and no other languages, and the registration/guarantee slips were also for Thai customers only. There was no manual provided on the disc either (I thought it might at least have a pdf or something). On the side of the boxes was written 'NOT FOR SALE OUTSIDE THAILAND' and in small writing on the back, 'Any attempt to export or sell this copy in America or Europe will result in criminal and/or civil action'.
One of the games (Civilization IV) had an English (and other European languages) installer and installed the English version of the game. The other (Crysis) unfortunately was the Thai version, and this was why there was another DVD taped to the back. On this DVD were installers and game data files for English and various European languages, probably ripped off the European copy and burnt onto this DVD. It came with an instruction .txt file telling you to copy the entire contents of the Thai DVD onto your hard drive, and then to copy the entire contents of this DVD into the same place, and then run the installer from there. After waiting 110 minutes (!) for this to be copied to my hard drive, I ran the installer, which was now in English (and other European languages) and installed the English copy of the game, which I played happily.
In conclusion, I can't fault 727 Game for the price, however I feel they were misleading. They said on their website the game was English. I presumed this meant it was an English copy, not just that it could be played in English. Furthermore I think the delivery times should be made more obvious. I would not have ordered from them had I known it was take over half a month (and potentially longer) - I felt that was not worth the money I saved, I would have preferred to pay the extra few pounds to get it faster.
However, if you are not in a rush and can wait for your game, if you don't mind that the box and manuals are in Thai, and if you don't have any worries about the fact it looks suspicious with the warnings on the box, go ahead and order from them. They're very cheap if nothing else.
