As with previous reviews I placed my order and then received an e-mail telling me they couldn't process payment with the card number I had quoted them. I was then asked to pay for the item by bank transfer, this I refused.

The following day I e-mailed their sales enquiry line only to be informed that the e-mail could not be delivered. I then looked up Zonga Deals on the internet and found it was temporarily closed down, possibly for maintenance!!

Fortunately I lost no money but nor did I receive the goods. Don't be tempted by their low price quotes, this is just to reel you in.

Don't even waste your time thinking of dealing with this company.

Some form of alert to the fact that this so called "company" were getting bad reviews.

Ordered a Samsung 10.1 note tablet £216 no communications after I paid by bank transfer. I felt that it wasn't right but still chanced it. No communication from the company after they too my hard earnt cash. May God visit them and do what only he can do to ensure that they never do this again to other gullible customers.

Zongo deal can run but they cant hide from the Lord who see everything

in future i would like to know how long a company has been trading before committing to a purchase. The most annoying thing about this is Zongo deals were not smart it was me been trusting.

Keep away from this website it is not for the fain hearted.

after stupidly paying for a sat nav by bank transfer(why did I do it - because I didn't want to pay £10+ credit card charges)they ceased all communication. The delivery date came and went and nothing received. I am still waiting but not holding my breath!!!!!!! I don't want anyone else to lose money.

Hope whoever it was that ran ZONGO gets caught, fined and in prisoned for stealing peoples money!

i bought à Nikon camera. Got one answer because the payment wasnt arrived. never recieved anything. I'm from the Netherlands. 

I paid for a camera never delivered. this site never exist once you paid it's gone you can't find then.Is there anything we can do?

I bought a panasonic camera and paid cash. Never received anthing.

As soon as they got the money they stop answering mail.(I'm from Germany)

The prices they are offering are too good to be true for example, on some Apple products they are offering a discount of almost £100.

I tried ordering from their website and thought I was getting a good deal. I also recommended their website to two of my friends. I chose to pay by credit card that had plenty of funds and by the way, I use same card online without any problems. But after placing the order, I received a call from Zongo Deals saying that they could not take the payment out of my card due to some reason and I cannot use any other bank card linked to my address to make the payment. I can only pay via bank transfer into their bank account.

Two of my other friends who ordered from their website also received the call and someone from Zongo Deals told them to pay via bank transfer because payment from the card didn't go through. I probably would have lost almost 300 quids if my both friends had not told me about the same information they received from Zongo Deals.

I looked up on the internet to find their reviews or company information online but could not find anything. I cannot be certain if they are running a genuine business but I would not buy from them.
