Ordered a TV about 4 months ago from this website. Foolishly paid for items by invoice only - bankers transfer. Never received the goods or any responses to our emails. Do not buy from this website!! Understand they have been reported to Online Fraud Agency by many users.

I did not spend much on ordering from this company but I was fobbed off by their complaints procedure, eventually receiving a general letter addressed to all customers stating that they were going to compensate all customers who ordered using the old invoice system at -wait for it : *compensation capped at 10% of order value and at the discretion of directors. I am convinced they are a fake company.

Why isn't there a no star rating? We Love Tech are made for it.

I ordered from them on the 13.09.12. I suspected they were dodgy when they asked me to pay via invoice and transfer the money to their account. Needless to say, I was in a rush for the goods (a smoke machine for a music vid shoot) so I hastily transferred the money. I have not received my goods. I have emailed them twice (first time to ask where my goods were, second time to cancel my order) and have left a voicemail on their phone (they say work is currently being done on their lines and the phones will be closed until further notice).

Seems like they are incredibly dodgy, with two business addresses which are in fact rented, residential houses

I've contacted my bank and as its a bank transfer they said there is nothing they can do.

I've reported it to Action Fraud and have a crime reference number.

I've also been in contact with Watchdog.

AVOID. If you have placed an order, report it to Action Fraud and to Watchdog.

Ordered a couple of items a couple of months ago, just cheap electronics, and have never recieved them.

Uncharactistically for me I paid via wire transfer, their only method of payment, shouldv'e realised at that point there was a possible problem. Emailed that I had made the payment with the order reference, never received a reply. Tried again a week later, no response, and recently threatened them with a bad review if they didn't respond, so here it is.

My original reason for choosing them was that the items I wanted were difficult to find elsewhere, but no explanation from them, zero custom care, and a dodgy choice of payment methods makes it clear that you will take a risk buying anything from these guys.
