I was very excited about a custom made leather product to protect my iPad. When I received the item the instructions did state that when first out of the box the top cover would not reach the outer edge of the iPad but would relax over time. The cover, after a month of use, is still 1/2 inch to short in height and width.

Customer service refused to remedy the situation and stated that it is "as designed" even though photos were provided along with the measurements. The user guide and photos on their website do not support the claims that 1/2" gaps are "as designed".

Buyer beware -- you cannot return custom items. You cannot return items that are not new in box. This is clearly stated on their site, but without any options when an item is defective, you might want to reconsider any custom purchases.

To sum it up -- I won't be buying anything from them again.

The worse customer service ever -- I purchased the Evolution Ipad case .

The box arrived late in a damaged plastic envelope. The case was loose inside a decorative cardboard that was too big for it and there was no tissue or filler to protect it. The Ipad case was dirty and the Vaja metal logo was dull and dirty. Nothing special about the leather - not even a nice smell. I feel like I got a 2nd hand case.

After several emails unanswered I finally got an email - no apologies, just wanted pictures of the package. Never heard from them since.

Wanted to return the case for refund but figured it would take forever to get my money back.

DO NOT BUY FORM JAVA. THEIR PRICES ARE EXHORBITANT FOR SUCH A POOR SERVICE AND A NOT TO GREAT PRODUCT.

Just taken delivery of a case for my HTC Desire, looking forward to getting it but to say I am dissapointed is an understatement. The case is supplied so basically you can not use the phone, you have to pull it out of its tight case every time so it makes for a very tight stylish cover but unusable in practical terms. You probably do more damage to the phone pulling it in and out then not having the case in the first place. When I complained to VAJA they were absoltely not interested. Customer service is appalling and I would not recomend this product or company to anyone.

Sadly you can not rate the company without stars so i have given but thats for "DONT BUY"

The small fortune I paid for it makes me feel like I have been ripped off...badly. AVOID

Very good looking product but not as good in real life as they look on web site. We received two, one for a Blackberry Curves 8900 (TopSP) and one for a 8520 (Balance in Teak) today.

One (for 8900) looks beautiful, fits perfectly, the quality is excellent, but Vaja have forgotten to leave a hole for the notification light on the phone, so when the case is closed and the phone is silent, you have no idea if you have a message.

The other is a horrible colour (to be honest, it looks like poo!). The color name is the same as that on the site, Teak, but it looks very different and to be honest, the workmanship quality is poor compared to the other case. The cut lines are not parallel on the main screen, the notification light hole is not aligned correctly (but at least it has one) and the back panel is solid, making the case appear like a Jesus-sandle!

Our cases took 7 weeks to arrive - 3 weeks more than the web site promised. Email communication was poor, we had to chase them up twice.

Overall, not disappointed enough to complain, especially since we'd have to return them to Argentina!!! ...but... we wouldn't buy from Vaja again, or recommend them.
