I suggest you buy from someone else. My headphones broke within a year and Trusted Goods refused a refund or a replacement.

Only gave a star because I had to. Ridiculously unprofessional. Ordered an item for a birthday present. Firstly it came late. Secondly it didn't have any packaging whatsoever. Thirdly it had no software. Fourthly their customer service was atrocious.

After ringing twice, the person at the end of the phone tells me that I have the problem and that the item was in that condition. My question of who orders an item that hasn't got half the bits it needs to work? was replied to by "go and download the drivers"

After asking how I could return the product they told me I'd have to pay for postage, even though that the item was miss sold on their part.

TAKE HEED FROM MY EXPERIENCE AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
