" Totally Stitched Up"
I paid for a camera, kept getting delayed messages, eventually cancelled order. No refund, they totally ignore you, then got some weird insolvency letter which I don't understand the legal jargon. I mistakenly did not use pay pal, so no protection. They should change the company name to "Totally Stitched Up". AVOID BY ALL MEANS,!!!!
I Ordered A Video Projector Two Weeks Ago And Have
I ordered a Video Projector two weeks ago and have not received the
item.
Today received an Insolvency notice regarding Totally Digital Ltd.
Creditors meeting is on the 19/07/2013.
So buy nothing from this company, site is also down for maintenance !!!

Avoid This Bunch
Ordered & paid for a camera that was needed for 2 upcoming, important events. Expected delivery to be within a week at outside. 3 weeks later TDO sent e-mail saying order status had changed and they now couldn't fulfil order, gave eta which would have meant waiting time of 6 weeks, but stressed this eta could not be guaranteed. Opted to cancel order, and asked for refund. They ignored me until a week later when I got Paypal involved when they sent e-mail confirming cancellation, but didn't give refund. I e-mailed 6 times asking about my refund, they just ignored me. Eventually Paypal found in my favour and reversed my payment.
Thanks to Totally Digital Online I didn't have a camera in time for my daughter's wedding, but thanks to Paypal my money was back in my account on Tuesday and I got the same camera £20 cheaper and it was delivered the next day from Amazon.
Avoid them, they suggest that items are in stock, take your money, claim delays, then totally ignore you. MY WORST ONLINE BUYING EXPERIENCE IN OVER 10 YEARS.
I think their claim of being a UK company is false.
If you use this company make sure you pay by credit card or Paypal so that you have some protection when you try to get your money back.

Worst Buying Experience Ever
I ordered digital camera on 31st May 31 still waiting for it.After two weeks my order was updated payment conformed.It was shipped on 6th of June 2013. After another two weeks got an email saying item was damaged on a way sent back on 17th June 2013 and its in their replacement department.I did try to ring on that phone number from the website no one is answering.Taking a month to deliver is ridiculous.I requested full refund they haven't replied to my emails.

I ordered a Tamron Lens It did state it was in stock at point of ordering after few days email with a delayed delivery due to restock , This was the fourth time ordering a similiar lens from other online company,s to be let down !!!! ARRRGGHHHH I did get a call from totallydigitalonline explaining why the lens went out stock quickly which reassured me and put my mind at rest I have been told the delivery will be 7th june 2013 latest so I will await,!!! I am very grateful they contacted me and expalined as all other three companies never contacted me to let me know .

Don't Buy From This Company !
I bought a gift for my son from this site, Item was in stock then guess what received an email saying that the item was out of stock .I then rang there costumer service. The man on the phone said it would take another 14 days for them to stock the item baring in mind that this is a week after I bought the item .I then demanded a refund and tried to get in contact again with costumer services but no reply left a message no reply sent an email no reply in the end I made a complaint to paypal thank god I used them and the next day received an email to say my money had been refunded the problem is it takes time for the money to go back into my account its today my sons birthday and I don't have a present for him nor the money to get him another present THANKYOU TOTALLY DIGITAL FOR THIS WONDERFUL DAY FROM ME AND MY SON
I hope this review helps you make your mind up on weather to use them or not.
All I can say is that its not nice to tell your son that he as no present on his birthday which he as been waiting for ,for months

In Stock On Website , Then No Stock
ordered nikon p330 camera. price was very good. placed order, stated IN STOCK. after day, order was still "processing" how long need to process order?
googled this website and found interesting reviews. so wrote email asking them do they have nikon p330 in stock, and surprise surprise, "sorry item outsold restocking 7-14 days". so asked for refund. and they refunded same day. waste of time.
then ordered from nikon dealers Wex Photographic, for 15£ more and received camera next day.

Ordered a projector which was in stock then advised it was not. Waited for almost two weeks for them to get stock no such luck. Asked for a refund and advised 3-4 days no sign of it so far will be looking at other options as listed on here Trading Standards etc while I wait just in case. Order Number 1712.
I have had the exact same problem. Item not in stock, advised on 7-10 days delivery. After 20 days still no sign of it. Cancelled order and still waiting for refund.
