Toptop - Amazon Seller

Toptop delivered this order as directed by Amazon (unconfirmed order) it went to a friend's home and remained there until he heft at Christmas, having been twice burgled he posted it to me £7.30. I checked it out discovered it was not what I thought it was and tried to contact Toptop to see about a refund. I was told I had 10 days from delivery - UK! I still have the packing and as I had to sign can prove I made a complaint within 2 days of having the item in my hands. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS WAS AN UNAUTHORISED ORDER - IT PUSHED MY CREDIT CARD OVER LIMIT AND COST ME A £12.00 CHARGE!

At first I thought that like me Toptop were victims of Amazon however I could not get a contact number for Toptop - they would not give warranty details and have refused to reply further after saying they were prepared to replace but not refund on the item.

All of this is the fault of Amazon.co.uk who although being notified I had not ordered the item insist it was my fault! Word of advice do not leave alternative addresses on Amazon's data base!
