I bought several Snugg iPad covers from a Snugg eBay seller (Hello-homeworld) and I registered them for the lifetime guarantee okay on the Snugg website. When one of the covers started to delaminate, I contacted Snugg who advised that the covers are counterfeit and Hello-homeworld is not an authorised eBay seller.

This what they said “ Thank you for sending the confirmation through. I can now see why I could not locate your order; you purchased this from an eBay seller called 'hello-homeworld' which is not us. Our eBay seller's name is ‘snuggofficial’. The product may have a Snugg box and paperwork on it but we do not have distributors so the only way for other sellers to get our goods is if they were already damaged, or in some cases, we have found them to be counterfeit”

So, it seems Snugg are happy to pass on damaged products for third parties to sell on as long as they can then deny all responsibility for them.

Snugg registering an eBay order reference on their website for the lifetime guarantee without query and then denying association when the guarantee is required is simply disgraceful behaviour and makes their guarantee meaningless,

I will never buy another Snugg product nor will anyone else I can influence.

I was looking around for a case for my ipad 2 for a while - there are just so many on the market.

I came across Snugg and checked out their site before I bought.

The case is excellent, well priced and looks like a quality piece of kit

I'll now be considering other products from these guys as they seem to be a good quality product provider without putting silly prices on their products.

I like the Snugg Bluetooth keyboard for iPad 4 as a hard case, but the keyboard looks like it might only last a week if I'm careful. The first time I pressed the Backspace key it became stuck, and the power slider switch wiggles like it may just fall out.

I'd like to know who paid the guys that gave it a 5 star rating, it was a poor purchase decision and is going back as a return.

I'm a total clutz and am always dropping my electronics - phone, camera whatever! - so when I got an iPad for graduation I had to get it a case. I saw Snugg had great customer service on Twitter and were super helpful when I tweeted asking people to help me find a solid protective case. They sent me their link and some suggestions and the case got to me quickly.

Perfect fit, works really well, and it looks really smart as well. I do also like the flip back stand because it means I can use it all the time wherever I am, easily. It was good value for what I got and I did actually drop my iPad the other day (Not from too high up, but definitely still a drop!) and picked it back up all nice and intact! So definitely a worth while investment!

I would definitely recommend Snugg to my friends, I still can't believe my parents got me an iPad so it would suck so bad if it ever broke or scratched!!

I had previously bought a Garmin case for my iPad, but when it came it was flimsy and didn't protect the screen at all.

I stumbled upon the Snugg whilst searching Amazon and, with the excellent reviews and the reasonable price, I decided to give it a go! This turned out to be one of the very best purchases of my life.

The case came quicker than I had anticipated and fitted my iPad immaculately. The case supports the sleep/wake feature and has two different angles that it can be propped up at, so it's perfect for putting up at my desk whilst I'm working. It has a hand strap too, I have tiny hands, but this still fits snugly and allows me to hold it whilst I browse.

The quality is impeccable and it looks really professional. It was well worth EVERY single penny and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Snugg to anyone :)

Having recently gotten an iPad, and not entirely trusting the protection offered by Apple's (admittedly cool) Smart Cover, I decided for a full coverage case that also included a flip stand.

After looking on Amazon & seeing Snugg's cases heavily and positively reviewed I decided on the 'distressed brown leather' case, which is tough on the outside with a soft inner finish to protect the screen. I definitely trust having this case rattling around in my bag during the many journeys that I take with it.

The cover uses magnets with a great "snapping" action, which the iPad detects and powers on when the cover is opened. Folding the cover back offers the options of a minor slant, ideal for note-taking during meetings with a more upright position being ideal for watching movies on the train or on my bedside table. The elastic strap on the back makes the iPad much less fatiguing to hold with one hand & is a cool addition.

The brown leather finish is really classy and, like the iPad, the Snugg case feels and looks like a premium product. Highly recommended, especially as I've already dropped my iPad a couple of times!
