I ordered a digital voice/music recorder on a Monday which I needed for a gig on the Tuesday.Started to panic when I thought it hadnt arrived by mid morning.Phoned customer services and a lovely lady assured me it was due to be delivered that day.Then realised that Id missed the delivery man.The same girl then phoned me back to let me know that she had sent me an email with a map and directions of my local courier depot for me to be able to collect,which I did.Result, recorded gig as planned.Amazing service.

Was in the market for a NAS Drive and came across the item on the "IT Sellers" site. I have a couple of question before buying so put a call in to see if i could get some assitance.

I felt compelled to write a review after the great service I recieved from there staff. They answer my questions nice and easily and did so with a smile - a very rare thing these days.

recieved my good in great time and now have it set up in my office.

I ordered a few components for a computer I was building, initially they didn't have the case I was set on but after seeing the "can't find a product?" page I sent an email asking if they could. I received a response very quickly and when I was ready to order they listed one on the website.

The goods were sent with fantastic couriers and arrived on the day stated. My order was split into two parts, with the case coming separately. All items arrived well packed and in perfect condition.

The website was easy to navigate, if you know the exact products you want it couldn't be easier. When it comes to upgrading my computer, I'll definitely be purchasing the parts from The IT Seller.

I wanted a second monitor for my desktop and decided quite late into the Xmas period to tell my wife what she was buying me.

I found exactly what I wanted at a price she could afford....and by buying it from The ITSeller site she was getting a bargain.

I am a veteran internet buyer (as is my wife)! and have total confidence in buying on-line but timing was tight so I took the unusual step of phoning The ITSeller to see if they could DEFINITELY deliver it in time for Santa to get it to me.
