Outrageously Bad Service!
The Headphone Company is the sister company of The MP3 Company.
I ordered online via theheadphonecompany but I was billed by The MP3 Company and they share the same customer service.
I ordered and paid for the product on Monday but come Friday I still had received no correspondence - not even a acknowledgment of my order..
I then tried calling a number of times - no answer. Used the 'live support' and the first thing the person typed was that they probably couldnt help me - this was before he even asked my query..
I explained the situation and was told someone would mail me 'shortly.' I waited an hour with no reply so then tried to call again - again no answer so I called the 'sales' number - surprise, surprise this was answered immediately!
I explained the situation to be told that the guy had 'a thousand and one things to do' and that my order would be looked at 'when it was.' When I explained that this wasnt good enough - the phone was put down on me! Absolutely flabbergasted and wanting to know what was happening with my order I called back only to be swore at and the phone put down again!
As the 'live support' had then gone offline I sent a message saying how I was outraged at the service I had received and that I needed to know if my order would be fulfilled or if I needed to contact the appropriate bodies in order to receive a refund. I immediately received a refund but no further correspondence.
