I Ordered A Humax 9300 From These People As The Si
I ordered a Humax 9300 from these people as the site said it was in stock (urgently required for my parents ). Since then they have,on two occasions lied about the delivery date and it now transpires that it 'probably' wasn't in stock at the time! (but they're not sure) I have still not recieved the product. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

We Ordered A Tv From The Big Tv Shop Online. The P
We ordered a TV from The BIG TV Shop online. The payment was processed from RBS and we waited for confirmation of order. It had not been indicated how long delivery would be so I contacted them using the form on their website to ask. They did not respond to my email so I tried again. Still no response. This was a worrying time during which my Husband was worried we has been scammed by a phishing site. Fortunately this turned out not to be the case. A week after placing my order and this company taking my money I received an email from RBS Worldpay saying we had been given a full refund. I was confused as there had been no contact from The BIG TV Shop to indicate that there was a problem with the order let alone that they would be cancelling it. If there's a problem with my order I expect to be told and fairly quickly. I emailed a link given in the email from RBS which was an email for if you had any queries about the refund. I also used the contact form on The BIG TV Shop's website again. You guessed it - no reply to either. My Husband has also tried to contact the company by phone and left a message but again nobody has contacted us. I would advise people to avoid this company. I'm not sure what's going on here. They kept our money for days before issuing a refund and at no point advised us that there was a problem. They wasted our time and we missed out on a good offer on another TV whilst they had our money. Their customer service is non-existant and they have still not had the courtesy to get in touch weeks later.
