I bought a silver line angled paintbrush from thatcable a very good top quality brush very pleased with my purchase

HDMI Cable purchased from That Cable. After a few months use, Cable was believed to be faulty as it would not work on LG TV or other source. When a new cable was used in instead it worked fine. This cable was a replacement for a previously damaged cable that was replaced trouble free.

After MUCH debate THATCABLE agreed to take a look at the cable even though LEGALLY they have to under the European law about warranty and extended warranty on products being fit for purpose. I posted to them At MY COST. They eventually looked at the Cable.

ThatCable refuse to accept the cable is faulty although the fault could be intermittent and thus not always showing as a continual fault. ThatCable additionally have refused to return the cable to me unless I cover the postage of £2.50 which I do not see why I should as I was NEVER advised this when discussing the return. They just (post fact) referred me to their terms of business on their website.

The cable cost originally under £10. After much debate and even though they well could be in breech of European law they still refused to return the able out of 'principle'. They also threatened legal action if I posted things about them that wasn't 'factual'.

Pretty poor service overall and certainly a company I will never use again. And will be advising others of the same.
