After trying to source a Sony TV KDL37EX723 on-line, Techu confirmed they had the model I was after in stock. An order was placed and a bank transfer was made for the item, I was then instructed that the item would be delivered when the payment cleared. Every day for a week after the bank transfer was made I checked on-line to see the order status and it stated that the order was pending payment. Messages were posted from my husband and myself inquiring what the delay with the order was. No reply was given despite their web page detailing that this was the most efficient form of communication for a prompt reply. We tried calling the sales number listed only to get an engaged tone. 10 days after the money transfer and numerous messages posted to Techu, the sales manager finally called me with every pathetic excuse under the sun," it was due to an inexperienced member of staff, they thought it was a fraudulent order". Bottom line, they had our money but didn't have the TV we had ordered. I will never use or recommend this shambolic outfit.

Just wanted to give a quick review of this company as I was exceptionally happy with a Samsung TV which I bought from them last week, I called to check they had stock as have found before that some online companies advertise stock, when in-fact they don't actually have any!!, spoke to a helpful young man called Daniel and he also was easily able to answer all technical questions which an old duffer like me has, (if I'm completly honest I didn't understand it all, but i'm not a technical fella) I ordered online after being told stock was available for immediate dispatch and was expecting to wait 3-5 days on their free delivery option, it actually turned up in 3 days which was a nice surprise. So i would be happy to recommend this company to all you good folks, as they were very helpful, seamed to have a good range of products, and were the cheapest which i could find on the net, albeit I'm not an expert surfer (silver-surfer) so perhaps I didn't look in all the nooks and crannies for the best deals, though they were cheaper than all the major retailers and many others that I hadn't heard off!
